Product functions
visualizable talking:
when someone presses the doorbell, the cellphone combined with it will receive
a notification and will be able to talk to visitors.
motion sensor:
the device will auto-detect movements within infrared detective range,
automatically take a picture, and send it to the combined cellphone.
(Note: a Plus version function, refer to specific real item.)
share doorbell:
you can your visitor records to other users. other user needs to download the
app and log in.
low power & Charging
the cellphone will receive a notification when the device is low power. red
indicator lights on while charging, and lights off after fully charged.
How to use

open the app and log in with your phone number

Click the “+” button in upper right corner, follow the app instructions to add the device, and combine it with your cellphone.
Warnings :
- please turn on Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi and allow all permissions to the app.
- please use this product in an environment with a good Wi-Fi signal and try not to stick it on the metal door.
- this product does not support 5g Wifi.
- before installing the doorbell, please conduct a normal function test at the position to be installed to ensure that the product works properly.
Remove the lens protective film after installation.
Pair Doorbell&Dingdong
- Plug Dingdong in power souce.
- Long press the Dingdong match button for 2 seconds, and the indicator light suggests entering pairing mode.
- Press the doorbell button once, and 2 devices will pair with each other, after being paired successfully, indicator lights off.
Warnings:
- During pairing, 2 devices should be as close as possible.
- Make sure the doorbell is fully charged.
- After pairing, the indicator light will automatically turn off.
- If you don’t ring the doorbell within ten seconds, the dingdong indicator will go out automatically.
- If pairing fails or repairing is required, please repeat the pairing process.
Reset&Restore factory settings
Reset: Press and hold the doorbell key for ten seconds until the doorbell sounds “reset succeeded”.
Restore factory settings: in case of equipment crash or other factors, remove the doorbell and press the black button in the doorbell reset pinhole.
Operating environment
- do not use the equipment in dusty, wet, dirty or close to the magnetic field, so as not to cause internal circuit failure of the equipment.
- do not use this equipment in thunderstorm weather. Thunderstorm weather may cause equipment failure or electric shock hazards.
- please use the equipment within the temperature range of 0 ~ 35 ° C and store the equipment and its accessories within the temperature range of – 40 ° C ~ 70 ° C. When the ambient temperature is too high or too low, it may cause equipment failure.
- do not place the equipment in direct sunlight, such as on a windowsill.
- please avoid rain or moisture on the equipment and its accessories, otherwise, it may cause fire or electric shock.
- do not place the equipment near heat sources or exposed fire sources, such as electric heaters, microwave ovens, ovens, water heaters, stoves, candles or other places that may produce high temperatures.
- do not place sharp metal objects such as pins on the earpiece or speaker of the device Nearby to prevent metal objects from adhering and causing injury to you.
- after the equipment has been running for a period of time, the equipment temperature will rise. If the temperature of the equipment is too high, do not touch it for a long time, otherwise, it may cause scalding, skin redness, and swelling or pigment precipitation.
- do not let children or pets swallow the equipment or its accessories to avoid injury or equipment failure or explosion.
Children health
- the equipment and its accessories may contain some small parts. Please place the equipment and its accessories out of the reach of children. Children may inadvertently damage the equipment and its accessories, or swallow small parts, resulting in suffocation or other hazards.
- this device is not a toy and should be used by children under adult supervision.
Charger safety
- when the equipment is used, it is necessary to connect the charger, and the power socket shall be installed near the equipment and easy to reach.
- when the device is not used for charging, please disconnect the charger from the device and unplug the charger from the power socket.
- do not drop or collide the charger. If the charger shell is damaged, please contact the customer service center for replacement.

and can radiate radio frequency energy, and if not installed and used in
accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio
communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not
occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful
interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by
turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the
interference by one or more of the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
