SAFETY INFORMATION
WARNING
-
Before use, please ensure your power supply matches the specified rated voltage labeled on the machine. DO NOT use if the power supply voltage is outside the specified range or if the power supply voltage is unstable.
-
The operating temperature range for the machine is between 14–113°F (–10 to 45°C).
DO NOT operate the machine if the environment OR the fumes inhaled are outside of the operating temperature range. For best results, only use the machine in temperature-controlled environments between 68-122°F (20-30°C). -
The operating relative humidity range of the machine is 40-80%. DO NOT operate the machine if the environment OR fumes inhaled are outside of the operating relative humidity range as the filters will not function properly and the machine may short circuit.
-
DO NOT wash the filter element. Replace the filter elements with ones manufactured by the same company.
-
DO NOT operate the machine directly without the filter element as the fumes inhaled will damage the machine.
-
DO NOT use the machine when the filter cartridge is clogged as this will shorten the service life of the machine. Replace the filter element regularly. Clean and maintain the machine in a good condition.
-
DO NOT open the inside of the machine or repair it by yourself.

MACHINE INSTALLATION
Ensure that the power supply is compatible and stable before plugging in the
machine.
Check that the machine’s power switch is turned to OFF before plugging in the
machine.
Check that the filters are properly configured before use. Either of the
following configurations work:
Configuration 1: Use the connector, extraction tube, and extraction hood to connect the fume extractor’s air inlet directly to the source of the fumes.
Configuration 2: Use the connector, pipe clamps, and exhaust pipe to connect the fume extractor’s air inlet with the source of the fumes at a greater distance.
FILTER ELEMENT INSTALLATION
The standard and correct configuration for the placement of the filter elements is as follows:
- Layer 1: Cotton Primary Filter
- Layer 2: Polypropylene (PP) Filter
- Layer 3: Activated Carbon Filter
- Layer 4: Activated Carbon Filter
1. Turn the two butterfly latches on the right side of the machine
counterclockwise to open the front door of the machine.
2. Starting from top to bottom (layer 1 to layer 4), pull the handle strap of
each filter element slot and pull out the filter element.
3. After all the filter elements have been removed, starting from bottom to
top (layer 4 to layer 1), place the appropriate replacement filter elements
according to their labeled arrows into their respective filter element slots.
DO NOT touch the inner air inlet with your hands.
| Designed to trap larger particles. The airflow indicator arrow of the filter
element should point downwards. Open the front door to install the initial
grid. Please replace the filter when once it is saturated more than 70% and
cannot be cleaned.

| Designed to trap 0.5-micron particles. Place in the layer below the cotton
primary filter element of the machine. The airflow indicator arrow of the
filter element should point downwards. When the filter element is saturated
and affecting suction force, it should be cleaned immediately.
If it cannot be cleaned, replace the filter element.
| Designed to absorb toxic gas and odor. Place in the layers below the
polypropylene filter of the machine. The airflow indicator arrows of the
filter elements should point downwards. When the filter elements are saturated
and affecting suction force, they should be cleaned immediately. If they
cannot be cleaned, replace the filter elements.
OPERATION
The XF-300 control panel has the following configuration:
The machine can also be operated by its remote control up to a distance of 33 ft. (10 m).
Control Panel & Remote Control Buttons

full strength.
The digital display will indicate the current airflow rate.
Decrease Airflow Button
Pressing this button will decrease the airflow rate in increments of 10% to a
minimum of 10% of full strength. The digital display will indicate the current
airflow rate.
Shutdown Timer Button
Pressing this button activates the machine’s automatic shutdown timer. HXXX
will show on the digital display. Use the increase/decrease airflow buttons to
adjust the timer. The timer is set in hours with a minimum setting of 1 hour
and a maximum setting of 100 hours. When adjusting the timer, press the
shutdown timer button again to toggle between the ones, tens, and hundreds
place values. Press the OK/Setting button when you are finished to set the
timer. Once the timer is set, press the shutdown timer button to check the

locked until the panel lock button is pressed again or the machine is
restarted.
MAINTENANCE
- Check the filter cartridge when the suction becomes weak.
- Mark the specific replacement date on the new filter cartridge during replacement.
- Replace the filter elements regularly. Be sure to turn off the machine before replacing the filter elements. (Use original replacement filters manufactured by the company)
- When replacing the filter elements of the filter cartridge, hold the structured borders with both hands and gently insert or remove the filter elements. DO NOT directly grab the filter element as you might damage or deform the filter.
- Clean the exhaustion tube regularly to prevent dust build-up.
Fuse Replacement
If the alarm is on, check whether the power switch is lit up and the valve is fully opened. If power is being supplied but the power switch is not lit up, the fuse may have burnt out and require replacement.
TROUBLESHOOTING
WARNING: Turn off and unplug the machine before inspection and maintenance.
Problems | Possible Solutions |
---|
The machine still runs but
the suction is weak.| 1. Ensure there are no issues with the power
connection.
2. Remove the top cover and check whether there is foreign matter blocking
the air inlet. If so, remove the foreign matter.
3. Check whether the exhaust is blocked. If so, removed what is blocking the
exhaust.
4. If suction is still weak after the above steps, replace the filter
cartridge.
The machine automatically
shuts down after starting.| 1. Remove the top cover and check whether there
is foreign matter blocking the air inlet. If so, remove the foreign matter.
2. Adjust the machine to the lowest airflow setting. Then restart the machine
and adjust to desired airflow setting.
