OWNER’S MANUAL Electro voice recorder
Thank you for purchasing this product, please read this manual before you start using it. Precautions
This section is intended for the user to use the player correctly and to ensure that the player performs well, please read and follow it carefully.
- Do not hit the host seriously.
- Do not come into contact with chemicals such as benzene and thinners.
- Please do not approach strong magnetic fields or electric fields. Avoid direct light or heating appliances.
- Do not disassemble, repair or modify yourself.
- Do not use players and headphones when riding a bike, driving a car, or motorcycle to avoid danger.
- Do not listen at a high volume to avoid adverse effects on your hearing.
- Discarded packaging, batteries, and old electronic products, please sort them properly.
- Play/Pause key: (1) Shortly press this key in standby to play music/recording or pause music/recording (2) When the power switch is on, press and hold this key to turn it on or off
- M key: Return to the next level menu, long press back to the main boundary face
- Previous/Rewind Key: Short press to switch music/record to the previous song, press and rewind
- Next Song/Fast Forward Key: Short press to switch music/recording to next song, long press fast forward
- Display
- Recording/Save Key: Short press once to start recording, and then short press in the recording to save the recording once
- Horn
- USB port: can be connected to the computer and charge
- Volume: Press this key to increase the volume
- Volume-Key: Press this key to reduce the volume
- Power on the key: power up power on, down to turn off
- Back clip
- Lanshoed hole
- Headphone hole: Plugin headphones to listen to the contents of the machine
- MIC: Get the source from here when recording
Key action definition

Note: Short presses are used without special instructions in this manual.
Switcher
- Turn the power switch up and power off, turn the power down
- When the power switch is on, press and hold the play/pause key to turn it on or off
Note: This feature is not valid when the player is connected to the PC or charging.
Main interface
After powering on to enter the main interface, in standby, long press M key
back to the main interface, the main interface contains “recording,” “music,”
“a” Or next song. “settings” three items, press the previous song or next key
to switch each function, press the Play/Pause key to confirm the entry into
each function: “a”
Recording
Start recording : power-on state, any interface short press once
recording / save key will start recording, the interface in the recording
shows the following image:
Pause recording: Repeatedly press Play/Pause during the recording to
pause or resume recording.
Save a recording: When the recording is complete, then tap the
Recording/Save key to save the recording, and the screen shows Saved and
enters the file list.
- During the recording process, when the battery is low, the system automatically saves the recording and shuts down.
- Do not turn off the power switch directly during the recording, Turning off the power switch directly does not save the recording!!!
- When the disk is full it’ll be prompted that “full disk space”b
- Play Recording: Press the Play/Pause key directly on the file list to play the recording, and repeatedly press the Play/Pause key to pause or resume playback. The playback interface and instructions are shown below:
Play Menu Options
Under Now Playing, press M long M to enter the Play submenu with the options:
Play mode, Sound Settings, Delete. Play mode: “Repeat, Shuffle,
Repeat Settings ” after selection. Repeat Play: After Selection, display
“Repeat Play-Off, Single Repeat, Repeat All, Browse Play.”
Repeat Off: After you play all the songs in the list, stop playing;
Single Repeat:
Repeat the current track; Repeat All: Repeat all tracks in the current
catalog; Browse Play: Play for only 10 seconds per track. Shuffle: After
selecting to display Off, On, select anyone to turn off/open shuffle mode.
Reread settings : “Reread mode, number of rereadings, re-reading
intervals” is displayed after selection. Reread mode: After selection the
system returns to the music playback interface, at which point A A (re-reading
start point) is flashing on the lower-left re-read mode flag, press the next
key to confirm that the current point is the re-read starting point, and then
B(re-reading endpoint) starts to flash and then press the next key to confirm
the selection end time, then AB re-reading setting is complete the machine
will look between A-B and press the Next Song to exit the rereading mode. A
number of rereadings: Set the number of repeats, ranging from 0 to 10. Repeat
interval: Set the repeat interval, range from 0 to 10 seconds. Sound settings:
After selecting, display “Equalizer, Variable Speed Play”; Equalizer: Display
“Off, Rock, Funk, Hip-hop, Jazz, Classical, Electronic” sound can be adjusted.
Variable speed playback: Variable speed range of -8to8 (currently only
supported in mp3 format), normal speed of 0. Delete Select Delete, prompt
“Yes, No”, Select Yes confirm delete, select “No” not delete
Note: Under the submenu, if there is no operation time of more than 30
seconds, the system automatically enters the appropriate music playback or
pause playback interface (other applications are the same). When playback is
paused, there is no action to automatically shut down for 1 minute.
Recording menu options
Select the recording main interface and press the Play/Pause key to enter the
menu item, as shown below:
1. Recording Library: Enter the Library to select a recorded file to
play, and if you have not recorded a voice file, prompt “No voice recording
found.”
2. Recording settings: Select “Recording bit rate, recording format,
recording sensitivity, recording monitoring, segmented recording, timed
recording, voice control mode” after selection. Recording bit rate: WAV
Format:512kbps/768kbps/1024kbps/1536kbps, MP3
Format: 32kbps/64kbps/128kbps/192kbps;
Recording format: Optional MP3 format, WAV format (default WAV format);
‘Recording sensitivity: level 0-7 a total of 8 adjustable levels, the
higher the sensitivity of the recording of the sound, the louder the noise;
Recording listening: listen (off), listen (on). Plugin the headset when
listening (on) to hear the recording in real-time;
Segmented recording: off,30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes,120 minutes.
Each file is automatically saved when the time is set, and then a new file is
automatically generated to continue recording. Timed recording: Select a timed
recording to display “Recording (on/off), timed recording cycle, start time,
end time”.
- Before enabling timed recording, please go inside the settings to adjust the machine time date accurately. The setup method is referred to in the Settings section that follows.
- When timing recording is enabled, make sure that the machine power switch does not turn off, otherwise, the recording will not be turned on automatically.
Recording (on/off): Off, on. Timed recording switch, select “on” to turn
on the timing recording function, and select “Off” to turn off the timed
recording.
Timed recording cycle: Select to display “Single, Daily, Weekday”.
Single: Only once after setup; ”
Daily: Every day to implement the set of timed recording plans;
Weekdays : A scheduled recording schedule will be performed every Monday
to Friday and not on Saturday and Sunday.
Voice mode: “Voice switch, voice sensitivity” ” is displayed after
selection.
Voice switch: Off, on. Select On to turn on voice control mode. In voice-
activated mode, when there is no sound outside, the recording will pause until
the sound source has been raised, and when there is no sound, it will be
paused and cycled all the time. Voice sensitivity: After selection, there is
one to five adjustable, the higher the level, the more sensitive (i.e., the
higher the level, the lower the external sound required to trigger the start
of recording).
Music
Select the music main interface, and press the Play/Pause key to enter the
music main menu list, the interface shows the following image:
Instructions: Press the Previous or Next key to switch up and down, press
the Play/Pause key to select the option, and press the M key to go back to the
next level.
- All Songs: Select To Display All Shuffle and all songs in memory, select All Shuffle to start the music displayed in the random playlist, or select the one specified on the list to play.
- Singer: The singer of all the songs in the inner memory is arranged in alphabetical order, in the spelling order of the first name.
- Album: Displayed in pinyin order in the first word of the album name.
- Style: Displays based on the style built into downloading music.
- Update the song library: Rescan the disk and all new tracks are added to the playlist.
Play interface and instructions:
In the Music Playback interface Press Play/Pause Key to control music playback
and pauseShort press Previous or Next To switch SongPress and hold on the
previous song or next song to fast-forward and fast-rewindPress Volume + or
Volume – Adjust volume, repeat short press M key to return to the next level
or the main interface
Note: Due to background playback, playback will not pause when other
interfaces are returned during playback
Set up
Select Settings Main interface, press the Play/Pause key to enter the settings
main menu list, the interface shows the following image:

Power-saving shutdown: Here is to control the automatic shutdown time when standby, you can set 0-120-120 seconds, set to 0 seconds when not automatically shut down, each level of 100 seconds.

Timed shutdown: Here is to control the timed shutdown when playing (i.e., after how long after playing to stop playing and shut down), the time range of 1 minute to 99 minutes, step length 1 minute.

Display Settings: Select “Brightness, Backlight Display after selection” Timer”.
Brightness: Range 0 to 10,default is 5 (default is 5).
Backlight Timer: During this time, the backlight is turned off without keystrokes.
Optional values: 10 seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds, and always on.
Note: The backlight timer is not valid when charging or USB connections. -
Date and time”Time settings, date settings” are displayed after selection. Time settings: After selecting, display “Set time format, set time”. Format time: optional 1 2-hour, 22 4-hour 4 Set time: Using the previous or next tune values, Use volume + or volume – to toggle HH (hours), mm (minutes), and press play/pause to save the settings. Date settings: After selecting, display “Set date format, set date”.

Language/Language: Supported languages include: Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, English, Japanese, Korean, French, German Chinese, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Czech, Danish, Polish, Russian, Turkish, Hungarian, Romanian, Arabic, Hebrew, Thai, Indonesian, Greek.

Password Switch : Turn this on and you need to enter a password when you turn it on. This feature is turned off by default.

Password modification: Change the power-on password, the initial default password “0000”, you can modify it yourself, press Volume Plus or Volume – switch between four digits, and press the previous or next song to change the number.
Note: Keep in mind the password you set. If you forget the password can be forced to clear: the password is adjusted to “9999” when powering on, and then press and hold the”M” key for more than 3 seconds, the machine will automatically shut down, and then power on will not need the password. -
Information: “Player information, disk space” is displayed after selection.
Player information: Show model, software version, and support site.
Disk Space: Displays free space, total space, number of songs, number of pictures, and number of videos. -
Format the device: After selecting the prompt “All data will be deleted. Do you want to continue? Yes, “No” cancels.

Factory settings: Each setting restores the initial value (restore slit brightness, screensaver mode, backlight time, shutdown time, volume,…, and so on, will not stop the current background playback). If the time is set, the factory setting does not restore the initial value of the time.

Update the song library with the music module.
Connecting your computer and charging
Using the USB cable and computer connection, select Charge and Transfer to
enter USB mode, where a removable disk symbol appears and the screen shows the
following image:
Charge separately
Using the USB cable and charger or computer connection, select Charge and Play
to enter charging mode, there will be no removable disk on the computer, the
machine can continue to operate, support side charging side recording or
playback.
