Product Usage Instructions
- Wall mounting
- The kit provided in the package is designed for mounting on a sturdy wall.
- If mounted on other types of walls, you will need suitable fasteners (not included).
- Make sure the wall can be securely mounted. We highly recommend having the panel installed by a qualified electrician.
- The heater should be at least 50 cm away from all objects and walls; the distance from the floor should be at least 10 cm.
- Mark the wall according to the dimensions of the heating models you have purchased, drill holes in the wall, insert the plastic wall plugs into the holes, and tighten the screws. Note that the screws should have at least 0.8 cm clearance.
- Before drilling into the wall, make sure there are no cables or pipes running inside the wall and that the mounting screws are securely tightened to ensure the heater is safely attached to the wall.
- Usage
- Power On/Off: Press the Power On/Off button to turn the device on or off.
- Timer: Press the time button to select the desired timer setting. In comfort, energy-saving, and frost protection modes, the countdown is disabled. After pressing the time button in weekly program mode, set the current time using the plus and minus buttons.
- Child Lock: Long-press the standby button to lock and unlock. The lock icon appears on the screen when locked and disappears when unlocked.
- Temperature Compensation: Long-press the time button to enter the temperature compensation procedure, with a temperature compensation range of 9 to -9. Adjust the compensation temperature by pressing the plus and minus buttons. The temperature compensation icon appears on the display in the temperature compensation setting.
- Sound: Long-press the minus button to enter silent mode. The silent icon appears on the screen. To cancel the mute status, long-press the minus button again or press the mute icon to cancel.
- Open Window Function: Long-press the Add button to enable the open window function. The window function icon will appear on the screen.
- Connecting to WiFi
- The heater can be used manually using the built-in controls or you can use a smartphone or smart speaker to control it. Before starting, make sure the app is downloaded. The app is available on Android and iOS.
- To connect your heater to the Smart Life app, follow the instructions provided in the app. You may also need to enable a skill via your device to control your heater with your voice through a smart speaker.
- Cleaning and Maintenance
- Regularly clean the surface of the heater with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water or any cleaning agents as they may damage the unit.
- Environment
- Place the heater in a well-ventilated area and keep it away from flammable materials. Do not block the air vents of the heater.

SAFETY
- By ignoring the safety instructions the manufacturer cannot be held responsible for the damage.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Never move the appliance by pulling the cord and make sure the cord cannot become entangled.
- The appliance must be placed on a stable, level surface.

WARNING

- Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower, or a swimming pool.
- Joists, beams, and rafters shall not be cut or notched to install the appliance.
- Please do not install the appliance close to curtains and other combustible materials. This could cause a fire.
- The appliance shall, under no circumstances, be covered with insulating material or similar material.
- The heater must not be located immediately below a socket outlet.
- Do not use this heater if it has been dropped.
- WARNING: The heater must not be used if the glass panels are damaged.
- Use this heater on a horizontal and stable surface, or fix it to the wall, as applicable.
- WARNING: Do not use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not capable of leaving the room on their own unless constant supervision is provided.
- WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, keep textiles, curtains, or any other flammable material a minimum distance of 1m from the air outlet.
- The heater needs to be installed so that the switches and other controls cannot be touched by a person in the bath or shower.
WALL MOUNTED INSTALLATION
- The kit supplied in the package is designed for mounting on a solid wall. If mounted onto other types of walls, you will need appropriate fixings (not supplied). Please make sure the wall is safe to mount. We highly recommend to have the panel installed by a qualified electrician. The heater must be at least 50 cm removed from all objects, walls, etc.; the distance to the floor must be at least 10 cm.
- Mark the wall according to the dimensions given below for the heater models you purchased, drill the wall and insert the plastic wall anchors into the holes and tighten the screws, please note the screws expose at least 0.8cm.
NOTES
- Prior to drilling the wall, ensure there are no cables or pipes within the wall and ensure that the mounting screws are fixed firmly to guarantee that the heater is safely mounted to the wall.
USAGE

ON/OFF
Press the standby key to on/off the heater. -
TEMPERATURE SETTING
The product default shows the environment temperature, press the add key and subtract key to adjust the temperature, the temperature adjustment range is 5-50. -
TIMER SETTING
Press the time key to select, through the add and subtract key setting, in the comfort, economy and anti-frost mode is countdown off, after pressing the time key in weekly program mode, set the current time through the add and subtract keys. -
CHILD LOCK
Long press the standby key to lock and unlock, lock is the lock icon that will appear on the display screen, and the icon disappears when unlocked. -
Temperature Compensation
Long Press the time key enter the temperature compensation procedure, with the temperature compensation range from 9 to 9, and adjust the compensation temperature by adding and subtracting the key. In the temperature compensation setting, the temperature compensation icon appears on the display. -
SOUND
Long press the subtract key button, and the program enters the silent state, and the display screen appears the silent icon, if you need to cancel the mute state, long press the subtract button to cancel, and the mute icon to cancel! -
OPEN WINDOW FUNCTION
Long press Add key button to switch on the open window function, and the screen will display the window function icon, when the ambient temperature drops 4 degrees in 30 minutes, the open window function will be activated, the product will be switched off and the open window function icon flashing, if you need to let the product to the previous working state, need to press standby key, icon stop beating, the product back to the previous working state! When the window function starts, long press the add key button to turn off this function, close this function window icon disappears! -
WIFI FUNCTION
Long press the WIFI key, and the product into the APP distribution network mode! The network configuration can be divided into two modes: quick and slow blinking. The maximum time for network configuration is 120 seconds. If the time exceeds this, you need to hold down the WIFI key again! -
HEATING THE ICON
The heating icon appears when the product is heated! -
REMOTE CONTROL
The function of the buttons on the remote control is completely synchronized with the function of the control panel. This remote control is a 433 wireless remote control, which can be paired or unpaired. Unpaired means that the remote control of any same heater can control the heater. But a heater can only be paired with one remote control, Long press the WIFI key and standby key, and the heater will emit a drip sound, the heater enters the remote control pairing mode, then press any key of the remote control, and the heater and the remote control will be paired successfully. The need to unpair is also long-press the WIFI key and standby key, the heater will emit a drip sound, product unpair!

USING THE HEATER WITH THE SMART LIFE APP
The heater can be used manually with its built-in controls or you can use a smartphone or smart speaker to control it. Before you begin, ensure the app is downloaded. The app is available on Android and iOS.
PAIR YOUR HEATER WITH THE SMART LIFE APP
- Make sure your heater is powered.
- Open Smart Life APP.
- Create an account or if you already have a Smart Life account, please log in using those details.
- Add a new device.
- Select the device you want to connect.
- Follow the instructions on the app to connect the heater.
- To control your device with voice using a smart speaker please refer to the manufacturer’s instructions on how to enable a skill through your device.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and wait for the appliance to cool down.
- Clean the appliance with a damp cloth. Never use harsh and abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or steel wool, which damages the device.
- Clean the two air outlets (above and below) by using a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the inside.
