Can I use Air Buds as a single earbud while listening to music?
Yes, you can. Place one earbud inside the case and use the other one and pair
it with your device. Please note that both the earbuds would be connected to
the phone.
Do Air Buds have a touch feature to change tracks?
Yes, you can change tracks by tapping the earbuds. Triple tap left earbud to
go to the previous track. Triple tap right earbud to go to the next track.
How is the calling?
The call quality is good as long as the network is good and there are no
disturbances in the surroundings.
During calls is the audio available in both ears?
Yes, Noise Air Buds support stereo mode during calls.
What is the internal memory?
Air Buds do not have any internal memory.
Does it announce caller name or number on incoming calls?
No, it doesn’t.

Air Buds are best suited with Bluetooth v5.0. However, they also support
smartphones with Bluetooth v4.0 as well.
What is the Bluetooth range from the phone?
The Bluetooth range is 10 meters without any obstacle.
Can I use Siri/Google Assistant?
Yes, you can use Siri & Google Assistant.

What is the battery backup?
The battery backup of earbuds is up to 4 hours in a single charge and backed
with charging case, they provide a total playtime of up to 20 hours.
How much time does it take to charge?
Air Buds take up to 2 hours to fully charge.
Can Air Buds be charged without putting them into the case?
No, they cannot be charged without the case.

How do I check the Air Buds earbuds battery level?
You can check the battery level of the Air Buds earbuds on your smartphone. Go
to the notification bar and look at the Bluetooth icon. The battery level is
mentioned under it.
Can I charge Air Buds with my PC/laptop?
Yes, you can charge the earbuds with your PC/laptop.
Do Air Buds have a fast charging provision?
No, they do not have fast charging.

Or follow the shared steps, take out the earbuds from the charging case to
turn them on. Place the earbuds inside the charging case to turn them off.

Or follow the steps, before starting, make sure that the earbuds are charged.
Take out both earbuds from the charging case. Turn on the Bluetooth on your
device and open the Bluetooth list. Select ‘Add Device’ and from the list of
devices, select Air Buds to complete the pairing process.
Note: Your Noise Air Buds will automatically connect to the last paired
device as soon as you turn them on again.
Troubleshooting
Only one bud is working, what do I do?
Check if the non-working earbud is charged and connected to your device. Try
to reset the earbuds and connect them, if they still don’t work please raise a
support ticket at support.gonoise.in

Or follow the steps, before resetting, ensure that the earbuds and the case
are charged fully. Unpair/forget Air Buds from ‘Saved Devices’ on your
smartphone. Place both the earbuds inside the charging case. Long press both
the earbuds for 6 seconds or until white LED flashes quickly while they are
inside. Your Air Buds have now been reset and are ready to pair again.
Is single earbud available if one of them goes missing?
No, single earbuds are not available.
