Only one bud is working, what do I do?
Check if the non-working earbud is charged and connected to your device. Try to reset the earbuds and connect them, if they still don’t work please raise a support ticket at support.gonoise.in -
How to reset Air Buds?
Follow the video link to know how to pair Air Buds: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P8nzr1WIeJ0&t=10s Or follow the steps, before resetting, ensure that the earbuds and the case are charged fully. Unpair/forget Air Buds from ‘Saved Devices’ on your smartphone. Place both the earbuds inside the charging case. Long press both the earbuds for 6 seconds or until white LED flashes quickly while they are inside. Your Air Buds have now been reset and are ready to pair again. -
Is single earbud available if one of them goes missing?
No, single earbuds are not available.
