20000 pneumatic angular bar grinding machine
Professional pneumatic bar grinding machine with double shaft support, and
rubbered handle for effortless work and with minimum vibrations. Due to the
foul air duct, dust is not thrown up on the workpiece. Safety switch against
unintentional switching on.
Guarantee
Guarantee claims according to the guarantee certificate attached. Please, understand that we are unable to accept the guarantee for the following reasons:
- Breach of operation and service instructions. Necessary cleaning neglect.
- Forcible use, unprofessional handling, misuse, or accident.
- Laic interventions or unprofessional attempts to do a repair.
Warranty
A warranty period of 12 months applies to commercial use and 24 months apply
to private use and commences on the day of purchase of the device.
Warranty applies exclusively to failures due to defective material or
workmanship. An original sale slip with an indication of the date of sale must
be presented in case of claiming the warranty rights.
The warranty does not cover unprofessional use such as device overload,
violent use, damage caused by third parties or foreign materials, failure to
comply with operations and assembly manual, and normal wear and tear.

Operation
Safety notice!
Wear protective glasses! Wear ear protectors!
Always empty water from the compressor tank and blow condensation out of the
air hose before everyday operation.
If the seal has not yet been applied to the pneumatic insertion wrap it with
Teflon tape (pictures 2 and 3)
General safety instructions
Safety notice! Failing to follow these instructions can cause an injury to you or other persons.
- Read the following Operating Instructions for using the pneumatic appliance and follow the safety instructions for using the pneumatic appliance.
- ALWAYS wear proven protective glasses, ear protectors, a breathing mask, and safety gloves.
- Disconnect the appliance from the air supply if not used. NEVER replace any parts of the accessories or SERVICE them if the appliance is connected to the air supply.
- Ensure a safe distance. Make sure you did not lose balance.
- Ensure that your hands could freely move while working on the appliance to be able to execute the work safely.
- Use the appliance only at the speed for which it has been designed.
- Properly maintain the appliance and follow all instructions for appliance lubrication and maintenance.
- Do not damage the hoses and connecting pieces by carrying the appliance with its hose or by disconnecting the hose from the air supply by pulling. Prevent the hose from coming into contact with high temperatures, oil, and sharp edges. The hose should be replaced if damaged or worn out.
- Use the appliance with allowable service pressure only. Higher pressure would shorten the service life of your appliance as a result of a higher load.
- Connect the appliance with an air supply hose.
- There can be sparks during the grinding process.
- Do not use any damaged grinding material.
- Do not use any unnecessarily long delivery hose to prevent a risk of the trip.
- Never leave the pneumatic appliance unattended.
- Never put the appliance near people or animals.
- Never aim at people or animals with the air current.
- Never put the pneumatic appliance near body holes – it can lead to injuries dangerous to life!
Attention! You can get caught by the rotary tool!
Maintenance and Care
Only trained persons ate allowed to do the maintenance.
Observing warning commands shown in the Lasting and trouble-free function of
your ratchet screwdriver is grounded on regular lubrication. Use only a
special tool oil. Pick up a possibility of lubrication: Use only a special
tool oil. Pick up a possibility of lubrication.
Ways of lubrication are the following:
a) Via a beam-added lubricator
The full maintenance unit includes a beam-added lubricator and is placed on
the compressor.
b) Via a lubricator on the piping
A lubricator installed on the piping supplies the unit with a sufficient
amount of oil at an immediate distance from the unit (approximately 50 cm).
c) Manually
If there is no maintenance unit or a lubricator on the piping, 5-6 drops of
oil should be put in a pneumatic connection before every putting in operation.
Store the pneumatic tool in dry rooms.
The air hose must be removed and more pneumatic oil poured in the air intake
every three months or when the grinding machine is used less often. Reconnect
the air hose and let the eccentric grinding machine run for app. 30 seconds so
that the compressor engine was cleaned. After cleaning, follow all lubrication
instructions.
Disposal
Disposal instructions are illustrated in the form of pictograms on the device
or packaging. A description of the pictograms is given in the “Identification”
chapter.
Disposal of transport packaging
Packaging protects the device against damage during transport.
Packaging materials are usually selected according to their effect on the
environment and disposal methods and can therefore be recycled.
Returning the packaging back to circulation saves resources and costs for
packaging disposal.
Parts of the packaging (e.g. foil, styrofoam) may be dangerous for children.
Risk of suffocation!
Keep these parts of the packaging out of reach of children and dispose of them
as soon as possible.
Emergency Action
Apply the first aid adequate to the injury and get qualified medical
assistance as quickly as possible. Protect the injured person from more
accidents and calm him/her down.
For the sake of an eventual accident, in accordance with DIN 13164, a
workplace has to be fitted with a first-aid kit. It is essential to replace
any used material in the first-aid kit immediately after it has been used. If
you seek help, state the following pieces of information:
- Accident site
- Accident type
- Number of injured persons
- Injury type(s)
