Connecting cables not to be used for purposes for which they are not designed. Protect the cable
against heat, oil and sharp edges. Do not use the con- necting cable to pull the plug out of the socket.
Long and thin connecting cables cause a drop in volt- age. The engine is no longer reaching its maximum power and the equipment function is reducing. Cable must be unwound to the full extent when a cable drum is used.
When extending the connecting cable make sure it does not get jammed, broken and the plug is not wet.
Connecting cables with a rubber socket with a plug for more difficult conditions, protected against spray- ing water, to be used.
