Temperature Settings

How to use

1. Place it on a flat surface.
2. . Kindly make sure there is enough space & do not keep anything beside the laminator.
3. After securing it properly, plug it into the power socket & power it ON.
4. You will be indicated with a RED LED, meaning it is getting heated up.
5. After it is getting heated, it will indicate with GREEN LED, meaning ready to laminate, similar process is followed for the cold lamination process.
6. Now securely place the document into the pouch & pass it through the machine.
7. Before inserting it into the machine, kindly make sure that the sealed edge is sent into the machine to avoid collapse.
8. While exiting the process, kindly make sure to remove if any document is inside the machine. For the best quality &to prevent from jamming remove the pouch immediately.

Jam Release Function

When the inserted laminating pouch is struck / jammed, rotate the jam release Knob and remove the pouch gently from the laminating machine.

Troubleshooting

Pouch does not completely seal the item| Item maybe too thick to laminate| Check pass through thickness is correctly selected and pass through again
Temperature setting maybe incorrect| Check pouch thickness is correctly selected and pass through again
Pouch has waves or bubbles| Temperature setting maybe incorrect| Check pouch thickness is correctly selected and pass through again
Pouch is lost in the machine| Pouch is jammed| Press reverse button the laminating pouch film will return.
Turn off and unplug the machine, waiting for machine to cooling, open the machine clean it.
Jamming| Pouch is jammed
Pouch was used ‘open end’ first
Pouch was not centered on entry
Pouch was not straight upon entry
Empty pouch was used
Pouch is damaged after machine| Damaged rollers or adhesive on rollers| Pass cleaning sheets through the machine to test and clean rollers

Maintenance

1. Always after usage make sure to unplug and keep it in a normal environment to make it cool.
2. When the machine is not in use for a long time then cover it with a cloth or cover.
