Introduction
The RM Expansion Module can be used with the Al Education Set when mounted on a ROBOMASTERTM EP Users can use Rogram in the DJITM Education Hub to program with blocks or Python SDK to create a wide range of Al applications with a RoboMaster EP The RM Expansion Module can also function as an open-source main controller after being connected to a third-party sensor via its 14-pin expansion port, thus linking it to the RoboMaster EP platform to enable more programming applications.
Usage
Attach the core module of the Al Education Set to the Expansion Module, then mount it on the RoboMaster EP
- Align the notches on the core module and the RM Expansion Module and attach them together. Then align their 14-Pin expansion ports and press them firmly together.
- Use the CAN cable to connect the CAN Bus port of the Expansion Module with any CAN Bus port of the RoboMaster EP Then use the double-ended micro USB cable to connect the Micro USB port of the Expansion Module with the Micro USB port of the Intelligent Controller on the RoboMaster EP Secure the Expansion Module in place on the RoboMaster EP via the screw hole (M3) on the bottom of the module. After the devices are connected, the user can obtain detection results and program the robot using Python SDK or the DJI Education Hub Rogram Editor to execute various Al applications.
