Assembly instructions
Before you begin with the assembly, please note the following points:
- 2 persons are required for assembly.
- Keep your back straight when lifting.
- Avoid turning your hips. It is better to put your feet back on.
- Avoid strong bending of your upper body. Always go to your knees instead of bending your hips. Do not lean in front of or to one side while carrying the fireplace.
- Always grasp with the palm of your hand. Do not use your fingertips to hold the fireplace.
- Keep the chimney as close to the body as possible to avoid unnecessary and disproportionate strain on the body.
- Use gloves for extra support.
- Ask for help if needed.
Unpacking the contents
The device is delivered in a single carton. When carefully removing the unit, observe the following instructions:
- Make sure that the device is in the correct position, as it is mounted on the
- is printed on the carton.
- Remove the tapes cuffs.
- Carefully lift the chimney out of the carton.
- Remove the transport protection and the foils from the fireplace.
Installation
This product is intended for flat wall mounting. Before mounting, make sure that the floor and wall are flat and that the frame is flush.
- Mark the position of the holes for the supplied wall brackets on the back of the fireplace with a pencil.
- Drill small holes with a small drill (2 mm) to prevent the MDF board from splitting when the screws are inserted.
- Attach the two wall brackets to the rear of the fireplace. Use the two small screws supplied.
- Place the fireplace against the wall and mark the position of the wall brackets with a pencil. Then set the fireplace aside.
- Drill the holes with a 6 mm drill bit and insert the dowels.
- Put the fireplace back against the wall and fix it with the supplied long screws.
OPERATION
Control panel and key functions
| **** Press this button to turn the unit on and off.
| Press repeatedly to adjust the flame brightness between 5 (high) and 1
(low). Press and hold the button for 5 seconds, then press repeatedly to
switch between flame colors (C1 – C7).
| Press this button to switch between the different heating levels. The
selected level will be displayed on the heat level indicator. When the lower
bar is illuminated, the fire runs at low power (1000 W), when both bars are
illuminated, the fire runs at high power (2000 W).
Press and hold the button for 5 seconds, then press it repeatedly to set the
desired temperature from 1-35°C. The temperature will be set to 1-35°C.
| An off timer can be set by repeatedly pressing the timer button while the
unit is running. The timer can be set from 0-9 hours in 30-minute increments.
A power-on timer can be set by repeatedly pressing the timer button while the
unit is in standby mode. The timer can be set from 0-9 hours in 30-minute
increments.
Press and hold the button for 5 seconds to turn off the week timer.
| The display shows the room temperature as standard. When you make certain
settings, the display also shows the following

REMOTE CONTROL BUTTONS
| Power Button| **** Press the button to turn the appliance On and Off.

| Flame Button| Press the button once, then use the arrow buttons to
select the flame brightness between: Flame Button 5 (High) and 1 (Low). Press
twice, then use the arrow buttons to select the flame colour between: C1 and
C7.
| Arrow Buttons| ** Use the button to change the heating setting
between Low (1 KW) and High (2 KW). The level selected will be (y) displayed
by the heating level indicator on the fire.
| Desired Temperature**| Press the button, then use the arrow buttons to
select the desired temperature for the room temperature (Range 18- 35 °C).
| 9 Hour Timer| With the fire running, repeatedly press the button to
select the duration of the timer. This can be adjusted between 0 and 9 hours
in 30 minute increments.
Once the set time has elapsed, the fire will turn off.
With the fire in standby, repeatedly press the button to select the duration

| Clock| Before using the weekly timer, the clock must be set. To do
this:
Press the clock button, then use the arrow buttons to select the day.
Press the clock button again, then use the arrow buttons to select the hour
value (24 hour format).
Press the clock button again, then use the arrow buttons to select the minute
value.
| Open Window Detection| The fire will operate for 30 mins. If after 30
minutes of operation the room temperature is below 5 °C, the heater will
assume a window is open. The heating function will be turned off to conserve
energy, and the alarm will sound.
| Week Timer Button| Your fireplace includes a 7 day timer, which allows
you to set two periods of operation per day. The fire will operate with the
previously used settings for the heating level, desired temperature, and flame
colour.
To set the timer press the week timer button. The unit will display the day,
period, and if you are setting the On or Off time. For each period both the On
and Off times must be set.
For each Period:
- Set the On hour value using the arrow buttons, press the week timer button to confirm.
- Set the On minute value using the arrow buttons, press the week timer button to confirm.
- Set the Off hour value using the arrow buttons, press the week timer button to confirm.
- Set the Off minute value using the arrow buttons, press the week timer button to confirm.
The fire will then move onto the next period / first period of following day,
allowing this to be programmed in the same way. The days and periods can be
scrolled through by repeatedly pressing the week timer button.
To clear an operational period set the ON and OFF times to the same value.

SAFETY CUT-OUT
This appliance is fitted with a safety cut-off which will operate if the fire overheats (e.g. due to blocked air vents). For safety reasons, the fire will NOT automatically reset. To reset the appliance, disconnect the appliance from the mains supply for at least 15 minutes. Reconnect to the mains supply and switch on the appliance.
CLEANING AND CARE
Note: Turn off the unit and unplug it from the power outlet. Wait until the unit has completely cooled down before cleaning it.
- Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the ventilation slots and grilles.
- Remove dust on the outside surfaces with a damp (not wet) cloth.
- Do not use strong cleaning agents or abrasives.
- Do not spray the device with liquids or immerse it in water or other liquids.
- Never open the heater housing.
Storage
Keep the unit in a dust-free place during the low season. Pack it in the original carton. Wind the heater cable cleanly to avoid damaging the cable.
