Product Overview
The ATUVOS TAG (AT2101) is a Find My Network accessories lets you Find
everything that matters to you . The Apple Find My network provides an easy,
secure way to locate compatible personal items on a map using the Find My app
on your iPhone,iPad, iPod touch, or Mac. Simply pair your ATUVOS TAG with the
Apple Find My app to view it right alongside your Apple devices. If your item
ever goes missing, you can put it in Lost Mode to display a message and
contact information to anyone who might find it.
The Find My network is encrypted and anonymous, so no one else, not even Apple
or the maker of your personal item, can view its location. The ATUVOS TAG uses
Bluetooth low energy technology (BLE) and a replaceable battery (CR2032),
which gives you up to 6 months of battery life. Setup is quick and easy. Make
your life easier today.
Factory Reset
Long press and hold the button for about 10 seconds until the buzzer beeps long time. The device is now in pairing mode.All connection data will be cleared. You must remove the accessory from the app and then add it back.

Quick Start Guide
- Update to the latest iOS or iPadOS.Turn on Bluetooth.
- Pull tab when ready to use. Hold near device and tap Find My App
- Tap “Add Item” located at the Bottom on “Items” menu then select “Other Supported Item” and follow onscreen instructions.
Firmware Update
To gain better experience with ATUVOS TAG, we strongly recommend that you
update the firmware whenever updates with all the latest improvement and fixes
areavailable:
- Open the Find My app.
- It is important to leave the Find My app running while it finishes updating the device.
DO NOT to minimize the app, close the app, or interrupt the update until the updates are successful to prevent problems.
Battery Replacement
ATUVOS TAG has a replaceable CR2032 battery that will last up t 1 year. When the battery runs out you can replace it in 3 steps.
- Use your fingernails or insert a smaller tool into the small gap on the side and Open the battery cover located in the back of the ATUVOS TAG.
- Use a paperclip to remove battery and then Replace a new one, placing the battery positive side up.
- Close the battery cover by aligning the top hole on both lids.
Warning:
- ATUVOS TAG contain coin cell battery which is hazardous when ingested. Keep batteries out of reach of young children and pets;
- The battery must be removed from the ATUVOS TAG before it is scrapped.
- The battery is to be disposed of safety;
- Using incorrect type batteries can cause damage to people or accessory.
