ATUVOS QI013 Luggage Finder Tag User Guide
The Apple Find My network provides an easy, secure way to locate compatible
personal items using the Find My app on your iPhone, iPad, Mac, iPod touch, or
the Find Items App on Apple Watch.
To use the Find My app to locate this item, the latest version of iOS, pads, or macOS is recommended. The Find Items app on Apple
Watch requires the latest version of watches’. Use of the Works with Apple badge means that a product has been designed to work specifically with the technology identified in the badge and has been certified by the product manufacturer to meet Apple Find My network product specifications and requirements. Apple is not responsible for the operation of this device or use of this product or its compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Please fully charge the Luggage Finder Tag to 100% before using it for the first time.
Setting Up Your iPhone
Compatibility
The Luggage Finder Tag is only compatible with iOS 14.5 or later with Two-
Factor Authentication turned on. If your Apple ID does not use two-factor
authentication, you can turn on this feature with the following instructions:

Turn on Two-Factor Authentication for your Apple ID On your iPhone: Go to Settings > your name > Sign-In Security. Tap Turn On Two-Factor Authentication. Then tap Continue and follow the onscreen instructions
On your MAC: choose Apple menu > System Settings, then click on your name (or Apple ID).
Click Sign-In Security. Next to Two-Factor Authentication, click Turn On and follow the onscreen instructions.
On the web: Go to applied apple.com and sign in using your Apple ID. Answer your security questions, the tap Continue, Tap Continue when you see a prompt to update account security.
Then tap Update Account Security and follow the onscreen instructions. -
Turn on Find My
A. Go to Settings.
B. Tap your name, then tap Find My
C. Tap Find My iPhone and turn on Find My iPhone -
Turn on Bluetooth

Connect to a stable Wi-Fi or cellular network.

Turn on Location Services
Go to Settings > Privacy Security > Location Services > turn on Location Services.
Getting Started
Turn on
Short press the Luggage Finder Tag power button one time , and a beep sound
will indicate that it has been turned on.
Turn off
To turn off the Luggage Finder Tag, short press the power button two times
then long press it until you hear a beep. This will indicate that your Luggage
Finder Tag has been turned off. If your Luggage Finder Tag has not been paired
within 10 minutes, you will hear a beep indicating that it has been turned
off. Please turn it on again to continue with the pairing of your tag.
Factory reset
To factory reset the Luggage Finder Tag , short
press the power button 4 times then long press until you hear a beep. This will indicate that the factory reset has been completed.
Pairing Your Luggage Finder Tag
- Ensure your iPhone is set up (see “Setting Up Your iPhone” above) and your Luggage Finder Tag is turned on.
- Open the Find My app.. .
- In the Items tab, tap Add New Item.
- Tap Other Supported Item (your iPhone will search for your Luggage Finder Tag).
- Once your Luggage Finder Tag is detected, tap Connect.
- Follow the onscreen steps to name it and register it to your Apple ID.
- Ensure your Luggage Finder Tag appears in Items. Into, forget the device, perform a factory reset on the Luggage Finder Tag (see” Getting Started> Factory reset” above), and then reconnect.
- Please do not leave the Find My app while pairing the Luggage Finder Tag.
Locating Your Luggage Finder Tag
Locate your Luggage Finder Tag via the Maps app
- Open the Find My app.
- Tap the Items tab.
- Select your Luggage Finder Tag in the Items list.
- Tap Directions to open the location of your Luggage Finder Tag and get directions in the Maps app.
Play sound alert
- Open the Find My app.
- Tap the Items tab.
- Select your Luggage Finder Tag Tag in the Items list and tap Play Sound. The sound alert will only play if your iPhone is connected to a network, and your Luggage Finder Tag is in Bluetooth range of your iPhone (approx.160f/50m)
Set up Notify When Left Behind
If your Luggage Finder Tag is not in Bluetooth range of your iPhone for a while, you will receive a notification that your Luggage Finder Tag has been lost (if you set up name, the name will be displayed, otherwise twill show the Luggage Finder Tag)
- Open the Find My app.
- Tap the Items tab.
- Select your Luggage Tag in the Items list and scroll down.
- Under Notifications, tap Notify When Left Behind and turn it on.
Enable Notify When Found
- Open the Find My app.
- If the Luggage Finder Tag cannot be located: You will see “No location found” displayed below the device name. Under Notifications, turn on Notify When Found. You will receive a notification when the device is found.
[Important] Please make sure to allow notifications from the Find My app. Check the notification settings of your iPhone,
Mark your Luggage Finder Tag as lost
- Open the Find My app.
- Tap the Items tab.
- Select your Luggage Finder Tag in the Items list and scroll down.
- Ensure Notify When Left Behind is turned on.
- Under Lost Mode, tap Enable, then tap Continue.
- Enter your phone number/email address so that the finder of your Luggage Finder Tag can contact you, then tap Activate.
Changing the Name of Your
Luggage Finder Tag
- Open the Find My app and tap the Items tab.
- Select your Luggage Finder Tag in the Items list.
- Scroll down and tap Rename Item.
- Select a name from the list or select Custom Name.
- For Custom Name, input a name and select an emoji.
- Tap Done
Removing Your Luggage Finder Tag
Removing your Luggage Finder Tag from your Apple ID will allow it to be activated and used by another person.
- Ensure that your Luggage Finder Tag is connected to your iPhone*.
- Open the Find My app.
- In the Items tab, tab the Luggage Finder Tag
- Tap Remove item, tap Remove and confirm to remove.
*If not connected when removing your Luggage Finder Tag from your Apple ID, it will no longer be discoverable. You will need to perform a factory reset before creating a new connection (see “Getting Started Factory Reset” above).
Unwanted Tracking Notification
If your Luggage Finder Tag is separated from your iPhone and is detected moving with another person with an Apple device over time, that person will receive a tracking alert message.
Charging your Luggage Finder Tag
Charge the Luggage Finder Tag with a wireless charger. (Note: wireless charger
not included).
During Charging, the status light will be orange. When fully charged, the
status will turn green. It is recommended to fully charge your Luggage Finder
Tag once every 4 months.
