Product Overview

The ATUVOS TAG (AT2101) is a Find My network accessory helping you quickly find things you are looking for. The Apple Find My network provides an easy, secure way to locate compatible personal items on a map using the Find My app on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple Watch, or Mac. Simply pair your ATUVOS TAG with the Apple Find My app to view it right alongside your other items. If your item ever goes missing, you can put it in Lost Mode to display a message and contact information for anyone who might find it.
The Find My network is encrypted and anonymous, so no one else, not even Apple or Atuvos, can view its location.
The ATUVOS TAG uses Bluetooth low energy technology (BLE) and a replaceable battery (CR2032), which gives you up to 1 year of battery life. Setup is quick and easy. Make your life easier today

Product Overview

Factory Reset

Long press and hold the button for about 10 seconds until the buzzer beeps: Two long beeps separated by 7 seconds, followed by two short beeps.
The device is now in pairing mode. All connection data will be cleared. You must remove the accessory from the app and then add it back.

Quick Start Guide

  1. Update to the latest iOS or iPad OS. Turn on Bluetooth in Control Center or in Settings > Bluetooth.

  2. Pull tab when ready to use. Hold near device and open the Find My app

  3. Tap +, then tap Add Other Item and follow the onscreen instructions.

Firmware Update

To ensure the best possible experience with ATUVOS TAG, we strongly
recommend that you update the firmware whenever updates are available:

  1. Open the Find My app and select the item.
  2. There will be a “Update available” whenever the update is available.
    Tap it then select “Update” to begin

Battery Replacement

ATUVOS TAG has a replaceable CR2032 battery that will last up to 1 year. When the battery runs out you can replace it in 3 steps.

①. Use your fingernails or insert a smaller tool into the small gap on the side and Open the battery cover located in the back of the ATUVOS TAG.

②. Use a paperclip to remove battery and then Replace a new one, placing the battery positive side up

③. Close the battery cover by aligning the top hole on both lids.

Warning:

  • ATUVOS TAG contains a coin cell battery which is hazardous when ingested. Keep batteries out of reach of young children and pets;
  • The battery must be removed from the ATUVOS TAG before it is discarded;
  • The battery is to be disposed of safety;
  • Using incorrect type batteries can cause damage to people or accessory
