DAILY MAINTENANCE
Product maintenance
To ensure reliable performance of this appliance, it is recommended that you
maintain its components on a regular basis. Before cleaning the main body
(hand-held part), make sure the appliance is switched off and not connected to
the charger. Wipe with a cloth that is moistened with water or a neutral
detergent. Make sure the cloth is only slightly damp. Do not allow water to
get into the internal parts of the vacuum cleaner (Figure 20). After cleaning,
do not place it in direct sunlight or in a wet place.
Cleaning the dust barrel
When the dust reaches the “MAX” level, empty the dust barrel as soon as
possible and do not overfill it. To make it easier to remove the dust barrel,
it is recommended that you remove the aluminium pipe or other accessories
before cleaning. After the appliance has been switched off and come to a stop,
open the dust barrel cover and tip out the dust. If any stubborn dirt is found
inside the dust barrel, please wipe it carefully with a damp cloth. After

should be placed in the sun to dry completely before the dust barrel cover is

sunlight for 24 hours), then put it back into the body.
Cleaning the standard roller
The standard roller should be cleaned every four to five uses. A groove is
provided for this purpose. Use a blade or a pair of scissors to gradually cut

damage the integrated bristles.
