QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

  • Does iLive have an earphone monitor function?
No, there is no need to wear headphones. When iLive is connected to your smart phone, you can hear the sound through the phone’s speaker.

  • If I couldn’t find RX when I want to record a Vlog, can I still record the Vlog normally?
When the RX is not around, you can pair TX with the mobile phone via Bluetooth. This way you can record Vlog normally. ( Note: When using the TX alone to connect with the mobile phone via Bluetooth, the mobile phone does not support the external playback function. So you need to disconnect the Bluetooth connection if needed )

  • Why does my phone charge slowly via RX?
iLive currently supports QC2.0, QC3.0, PD, and FHP fast charging protocols on the market, please check whether your device supports one of these four fast charging protocols.

  • Why there is no response when my Android phone plugged in the RX?
If the receiver does not work when it is plugged into some Android phones, please turn on the OTG setting in the phone’s settings and try it again.

  • Why the adapter I use does not support mobile phone charging?
Check and confirm the USB—C to lightning adapter is MFI certified.

  • How to connect iLive with my video camera?
This iLive version does not work with video cameras. It works well with smart phones, tablets and personal computers.
