Product Overview

  1. Power button
    Function 1: Power on/off Press the button for 2 seconds to power on/off.
    Function 2: Screen on/off Press the button once to turn on/off the screen.

  2. Mode button
    In video mode, stop the recording first, and press the button to enter the setup menu, then press Up or Down button to select the function that needs to be set.

  3. Up button
    Function 1: Windows switching In video mode, press Up button can cycle switch front, rear, left, and right view recording full screen; double split screen; four split screen.
    Function 2: Page up function In setup menu/playback mode, press the button to select upwards.
    Function 3: Playback file switching function In playback mode, hold and press the button to switch between folders, video folders and the video

  4. Down button
    Function 1: Recording audio on/off In video mode, press the button to turn on/off the recording audio.
    Function 2: Page down function In the menu settings and playback mode, short press the button to select downwards.
    Function 3: Playback file switching function In playback mode, hold and press the button to switch between folders, video folders and the video playback interface.

  5. OK button
    Function 1: Start/stop recording In video mode, press the button to start/stop the recording.
    Function 2: Confirmation function In setup menu/playback mode, press Up or Down button to browse, and Press OK button to confirm the selection.
    Function 3: File playback In playback mode, press Up or Down button to switch the video folders of front, rear, left, and right view, and press OK button to enter the video folders, then press Up or Down button to select the file you need, finally, press OK button to play the selected video.

    Time/Language: ①Language setting: Simplified Chinese and English; ②Time setting: Set the system time.
    Display: ①Brightness; ②Contrast; ③Saturation; ④Backlight (The parameters can be adjusted in the interval of 0-100, and each adjustment is -5/+5)
    Reset factory: YES, NO. Select “YES”, the system will restore the factory default.
    Key tone: OFF, ON

  7. Smart drive
    Blind Spot Detection System(BSD)

BSD is a real-time monitoring system that monitors the blind spots of vehicles on the left and right sides of the road and indicates the risk of traffic accidents when merging. The system is designed to reduce the risk of traffic accidents. It is now also known as lane change assist (LCA).
The following is intended to guide the calibration of the smart driving application of the dash camera.
Before using the BSD function, it is essential to calibrate the camera’s installation position and viewing angle so that vehicles and lanes can be accurately detected.

Notes:

  • BSD relies on the rear camera to obtain road conditions and vehicle driving information in blind spots.
  • The BSD system is affected by light, lane lines, rain and fog, affecting its accuracy

BSD calibration

BSD Calibrate: Left camera, Right camera, Rear camera for optional.
Press the Up or Down button to select the direction to be adjusted, and the box icon in the center is the switch of the adjustment point, then press the OK button to adjust the alarm area.

Tips: The adjustment range of the calibration line is limited, if it is still not satisfied when the adjustment reaches the limit, please adjust the installation position of the camera or fine-tune the lens angle to align the rear side.

BSD setting

Single alarm sound: OFF, ON for optional. When a single view is displayed on full screen, an alarm will sound if the blind spot warning signal is detected.
Four alarm sound: OFF, ON for optional. In four split screen, an alarm will sound if the blind spot warning signal is detected.
Audible and visual alarm: OFF, ON for optional.
Sensitivity: Adjust according to your needs. The sensitivity refers to the sensitivity of the alarm area to trigger the alarm.

Format storage
Format the TF card.(All data will be erased, including protected files)

About device
Display the software version on the screen.

Installation

  1. Turn off the car engine.
  2. Connect the yellow wire to battery 12V/24V(+), the red wire to ACC, the black wire to GND, and the other three wires refer to the label information on the wire to the left turn signal wire, right turn signal wire and reversing light. (For example, if the green wire is connected to the left turn signal, then the  leftcamera must be connected CH3 connection cable; the white wire is connected to the right turn signal, then the right camera must be connected CH2 connection cable; the purple wire is connected to the reversing light, then the rear camera must be connected CH4 connection cable.)
  3. Start the engine and check that the device is properly installed.
  4. Insert the TF card into the dash camera and format it, then the system starts to enter recording mode.

Tips:

  • When wiring, please avoid contact with high temperature or squeezed position, which will affect the service life of the cable.
  • Please use TF card produced by genuine manufacturer, with up to 128GB capacity and read/write speed not less than Class 10.
