HOT WATER DISPENSER

Please read and keep these instructions. Indoor use only.

SAFETY INFORMATION:
WARNING: Failure to comply with all requirements in this manual may lead to safety hazards and a void warranty.

Installation

1. Place the water dispenser on a solid table and put the water tray at the bottom in front of the water dispenser.
   Keep the boiling water dispenser away from children to avoid scalding.

2. One end of the inlet pipe is screwed on the water inlet on the back of the water dispenser.

3. The other end of the inlet pipe is screwed on the water supply, or on the faucet with the threaded mouth.

4. Turn on the water switch.

5. Insert the power plug into the 110-120V socket.

CHECK BEFORE STARTING:

1. The power cord should be connected to a 110/120V outlet.
2. The water line should be connected and not leaking.
3. The dispenser should be installed on a level, stable surface.

Panel Operation Instructions

1. Hold the On/Off button ( E ) for 3 seconds to turn it off and press it lightly to turn it on.
2. To adjust the temperature using the Up or Down buttons ( C, D ).
3. The Heating indicator light ( A ) is on, indicating that the machine is heating.
4. The Keep Warm indicator light ( F ) is on, indicating that the water has reached the set heating temperature and is ready to drink.
5. The Water Low indicator light ( B ) is on, indicating that the machine lacks water, meaning the water supply is not sufficient or the water inside does not reach the minimum level (display code ELL)
6. The Water Filling indicator light ( G ) is on, indicating that the machine is replenishing the water.

Normal Operation Instructions

1. Connect the water line.
2. Plug in the unit and turn it on.
3. Press, the On/Off button ( E ) when the water dispenser is switched on for the first time, the machine will heat and boil water automatically until the keep warm indicator is on, indicating that the water temperature reached the set temperature.
4. Switch on the water dispenser, then keep pressing the Down button ( D ) for about 3 seconds. The screen will show the set temperature. The factory default temperature is 210 Fahrenheit.
5. Adjust by the Up or Down buttons ( C, E ) to set the temperature.
6. When the water temperature reaches the set temperature, the machine will be in keep-warm status.

Daily Cleaning and Maintenance

DELIME THE UNIT EVERY 6 MONTHS FOR BEST PERFORMANCE

• Mix 10 oz. of fresh or condensed lemon juice with 32 oz. of water.
• Connect to the solenoid valve with an external bottle water pump that substitutes for the water source. Then pump the lemon juice mixture into the water tank by turning on the unit
• Let stand for 10 minutes and repeat 2-3 times for best descaling results
• Connect back to the water source and run clean water through the unit. Turn off the power and wait until the water cools down inside the boiler.
• Empty all liquid from the unit

Unit Specifications

Equipment Limited Warranty

Avantco warrants its equipment to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year. This is the sole and exclusive warranty made by Avantco covering your Avantco brand equipment. A claim under this warranty must be made within 1 year from the date of purchase of the equipment. Only the equipment’s original purchaser may make a claim under this warranty. Avantco reserves the right to approve or deny the repair or replacement of any part or repair request. The warranty is not transferable. Avantco Equipment installed in/on a food truck or trailer will be limited to a period of 30 days from the original date of purchase.

Avantco makes no other warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, and HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Equipment sold or used outside the Continental United States
• Use of unfiltered water (if applicable)
• Avantco has the sole discretion on wearable parts not covered under warranty
• Equipment not purchased directly from an authorized dealer
• Equipment used for residential or other non-commercial purposes
• Equipment that has been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than an authorized service agency
• Equipment where the serial number plate has been removed or altered.
• Damage or failure due to improper installation, improper utility connection or supply, and issues resulting from improper ventilation or airflow.
• Defects and damage due to improper maintenance, wear, and tear, misuse, abuse, vandalism, or Act of God.

Any action for breach of this warranty must be commenced within 1 year of the date on which the breach occurred. No modification of this warranty, or waiver of its terms, shall be effective unless approved in a writing and signed by the parties. The laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania shall govern this warranty and the parties’ rights and duties under it. Avantco shall not under any circumstances be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits.
