- Long press side button to turn on.
- Scan below QR code to install the Dafit APP,or download”Dafit” from App Store, Google Player then install it. Compatible System: Android4.4 and above, ios 8.0 and above

Step2:Open the “Daft” APP, Tap “Add a device”to connect.

Step4: Check the watch menu about”MAC address. last four numbers like “3FDO”, tlien go mobile phone “setting-BT” to search lhe same BT name with lcist 4 numbers “3FOOto finish BT connection as below operation.

- Cltck the Mart rate, blood pressure and sleep recording module to view th!! whole day h,;art rate record (automatic hei’.lrt r.ite monitoring needs to be turned on), blood pressure me<1surement record and yesterday’s sleep record and analysis. Click the calendar Icon on th!. upp;:!r right to View the history.

- Press and hold on the dial Interface for 3 seconds to switch different styles of dials in the watch:

Blood pressure
Before blood pressure monitoring, make sure that the watch is correctly worn on the wrist (the best position is one finger wide above the carpal bone). The blood pressure monitoring requires tight wear to avoid light leakage and cannot be effectively detected, and then click to enter the blood pressure test. During the test, the wrist is required to remain stationary, and the blood pressure value is displayed after 20 seconds; Click on the blood pressure icon interface to measure the current blood pressure value; More detailed information analysis and data records can be viewed on the APP side;
Exercise
Click on the exercise interface to enter the sports interface. There are
multiple sports modes to choose from: walking, running, cycling, badminton,
basketbal, football, swimming, mountaineering.
When you start the exercise, it will display data such as time, steps, heart
rate, calories, mileage, etc. Different sports display different contents;

Weather
The weather interface will display the current weather temperature and air

mobile phone, and can refuse to connect. The push option switch is set in the

Camera control
