INTRODUCTION
This Type-C docking offers an integrated solution for power, data, video ,SD Reader and Ethernet. It allows you to connect Type-Chost PC to HDMI displays for video transmission, to USB-A devices for data transmission. It also helps the host PC to get access to super speed Ethernet through RJ45 port. Besides, the SD/MMC and Micro SD card slot allow to read the information of the external memory card in the host PC. The USB-C female port supports to charge for the host computer and supply power for this product simultaneously. It can work on all Type-C and ThunderboltTM3 host that supports DP Alt mode. When working on Thunderbolt TM 3 host, this product transmits DP signal.

SOMETHING ABOUT 4K 60HZ OUTPUT, PLEASE KINDLY NOTE:
- Our products support up to 4K @ 60Hz and are backwards compatiblewith4K @ 30Hz, 2K @ 60Hz, 1080p @ 60Hz.
- 2.4K @ 60 Hz is only available for laptops with activated DisplayPort 1.4and8K. If your laptop is DisplayPort 1.2 it can only reach 4K @30 Hz.
- To achieve a display result of 4K@ 60Hz, please ensure that both the connected device and display are the same resolution as well as the HDM cable.
IF THE HDMI PORT DOESN’T WORK, PLEASE KINDLY TRYTHEFOLLOWING STEPS:
- Check that the connected USB-C port on your device supports DP Alt mode2. Try a different computer and HDMI cable to see if the problem persists
- Plug your HDMI cable straight into your device and see if you can get as table connection. If you can’t establish a stable connection, the problem is your HDMI cable
- Verify that your monitor is configured to the correct input (HDMI).

- We suggest connecting the hub to the main device first, and then connect the accessories to the ports.
- The 4K@60Hz is only available for laptops with DisplayPort 1.4 and 8Kenabled. 60Hz only supports the 8 devices: Macbook Air 13”2020, MacbookPro15”2019/2018, Macbook Pro 16” 2019, iPad Pro 12.9”2020/2018, iPad Pro11”2020/2018.
- You could charge an iPhone by the USB 3.0 interface, but please note the USB ports are mainly intended for data transmission and do not support charging high-power phone power.
- If you can’t get the Ethernet port to work, please reinstall the Ethernet driver, or try this device with a different computer/ethernet cable and see if the is suepersists.
- In order to effectively reach 1 Gbps network, please use CAT5E standard and above Ethernet cable.
- If you can’t get the HDMI port to work, please try some of the following steps:
- Confirm if the connected USB-C port of your device supports DP Alt Mode. Todo this, please consult your device’s user manual, contact the seller, or checkthe manufacturer’s website.
- Try a different computer and HDMI cable to see if the issue still persists.
- Plug your HDMI cable directly into your device and see if you get a stable connection. If you can’t get a stable connection, then the problem is with your HDMI cable.
- Verify that your monitor is configured to the correct input (HDMI).
- If you want the hub work with iPad Pro, you must update to the latest version of the iPad OS.
- Due to the power output limitations of some laptops, it is recommended that you connect only one HDD / SDD at a time.
- USB 3.0 interferes 2.4GHz WiFi and other wireless devices due to the similar frequencies. According to Microsoft, the problem occurs only for the 2.4GHzwireless band, but not for 5GHz. Please set your router as 5GHz to avoid the problem.
- We recommend using a 100W PD(Power Delivery) charger: 92Wfor charging the connected laptop and 8W for powering the hub.(Tips: The USB-CPD port, without data function).
