Here are some tips to help you get the most out of our products

1. It is recommended to connect the hub to the main device first, and then connect the accessories to the ports.

2. You could charge an iPhone with the USB 3.0 interface, but please note the USB ports are mainly designed for data transmission and do not support charging high-power phones.

3. USB 3.0 interferes 2.4GHz WiFi and other wireless devices due to the similar frequencies. According to Microsoft, the problem occurs only for the 2.4GHz wireless band, but not for 5GHz. Please set your router to 5GHz to avoid this problem.

9. When connecting a DP1.4 Alt mode supported host, the max resolution of HDMI is 4k/60Hz; When connecting a DP1.2 Alt mode supported host, the max resolution of HDMI is 4k/30Hz due to bandwidth limitation.

    This usb c hub supports most Type-C devices, but please notes that the USB C port of your host is required to support data, charging and video (DP Alt Mode).

    When the USB c hub is fully loaded, it may reach a surface temperature of around 122°F, which is normal for an aluminum shell USB-C hub to dissipate heat and keep running properly.
