INSTRUCTIONS
- Use the included AC/DC 36W wall adapter to plug in the charging pad. Once connected, the LED indicators will briefly flash red and blue.
- Place your Qi-enabled devices on either side of the dual wireless charging area.
UNDERSTANDING THE LED STATUS LIGHTS
- When you connect the wireless charger to power
- Briefly flashes red and blue=ON and ready to charge
- When the charger is connected and waiting to charge your devices
- Both LED indicators OFF=standby mode
- When charging your devices
- Blue LED is ON=5W charging
- Red LED is ON=7.5W/10W fast charge
- When an error occurs
- Flashing red LED=overcharge, the foreign object detected, etc.
TROUBLESHOOTING
The phone is not charging atter being placed on the charging pad:

Ensure the device is centered on the charging pad

Ensure there are no foreign objects near or on your device

If you have a case on your device, it could be interfering with the wireless charging, so removing it may correct the problem- DO NOT attempt to charge your device if the case is 5mm or thicker, or made of metal
Only one device is charging -
For two devices, the input voltage must reach a minimum of 9V-always use the included power adapter, or one of equivalent power

The wireless charging pad gets warm when it is charging devices:

It’s normal for the wireless charging pad to get warm while it is charging; it has built-in protective measures to ensure that overheating does not occur

If the pad gets too warm, you can move the charger to an environment that’s cooler and more ventilated
