Precautions
- For the first time, please tear off the insulating film on the headset before fully charging the product. When the earphone is charged in the charging chamber, the earphone indicator light is always on and goes out after full charge. The charging time is about 1.5 hours; When charging the charging box, the display screen is always on, and the display screen goes out after full charge. The charging time is about 2 hours.
- If you do not use the headset and charging compartment for a long time, please charge it at least every 3 months.
- Bluetooth devices that have been connected will be automatically connected when they are turned on next time.
- Please keep the headphones and packaging out of the reach of children.
- If the headset comes into contact with liquid, wipe the water mark quickly and do not turn it on until it is completely dry.
- This product is sweat proof and rain proof, but it cannot be directly immersed in water or used when swimming. If the headset is flooded, the warranty is invalid.
- Do not use headphones in thunderstorms. Headphones may not work properly in bad weather and may increase the risk of being hit by lightning.
- Headphones may not work properly in high temperature or high humidity.
- Do not use it when driving, cycling, operating the machine or performing other activities that require listening to the surrounding sound.
- Prolonged use of high to medium volume headphones can lead to permanent hearing loss. For your safety, it is recommended that you always keep the volume at a medium to low level
Frequently asked questions

The left and right headphones cannot be paired with TWS and connected to Bluetooth?
- A: Method 1: put two earphones into the charging bin, the earphone indicator is always on, after entering the charging state, take out the earphones and connect them left and right, and reconnect the device after 3 seconds.
Method 2: when the device is connected, hit the left and right ears for 7 times respectively, disconnect the current connection, enter the pairing state, and reconnect the new device

During playback, only one earphone has sound?
- A: put the two headphones into the charging bin and check whether the silent headphones are empty through the power display of the charging bin. If it is empty, it needs to be charged. If there is power, it needs to be paired again (see Q & A 1 for the operation method).

The headset cannot be connected to the device?
- A: D take out the earphone from the charging bin
- Remove the “Q15” name from the device Bluetooth list and turm off the device Bluetooth
- Turn on the Bluetooth device again, search for Q15 and connect again
- Did the headset last as long as expected?
- the first two charges must be fully charged, and the built-in battery can be fully and effectively used to achieve the expected battery life.

Headphones cannot be charged?
- A: check whether the earphone is correctly put into the charging bin and whether it is put into position; Check whether the charging contact thimble has foreign matters; If yes, please wipe it gently with a cotton swab.
Instructions
- Open the upper cover of the charging box, take out the earphone, tear off the insulating film on the earphone, put the earphone back into the charging bin, and take out the a utomatic startup; Put the headset back into the charging box and close the cover, and t he headset will turn off automatically
- When the earphone is off, long press the left/right earphone for 2.5 seconds to start the earphone; When the earphone is turned on, hold down the left/right earphone for Ss to turn off the earphone
- The Bluetooth pairing cycle is 5 minutes, otherwise it will enter the shutdown state
- When an incoming call comes in, tap the left or right earphone to answer the call or hold the left or right earphone for 1.5 seconds to reject the call. Tap the left or right earphone to hang up the call during the call
- When playing music, touch the left earphone three times to change to the previous song; When playing music, tap the right earphone three times to change to the next song
- When playing music, hold down the left earphone for 1.5 seconds to hear “Du” and release the hand, the volume of earphone becomes low; When playing music, hold down the right earphone for 1.5 seconds to hear a sound of “Du” and release the hand, the volume of earphone increases
- When standby / playing music, tap the left / right headphones twice to enter the play / pause state
- When bluetooth is connected, four taps on the left/right headset can wake up the voice assistant
- The function operation under single ear use mode is the same as above
