CAUTION: Do not smoke inside the cab or expose the enclosure to direct flames. The product is FLAMMABLE.

  1. Begin by opening up the enclosure and with the help of another person drape the enclosure over the roll cage and arrange into the correct position.

  2. You will notice double-sided Velcro strips sewn to the cab enclosure. At these locations, wrap the roll bar with one of the 3″ adhesive Velcro strips. After wrapping the Velcro around the bar wrap the double-sided strip around the adhesive Velcro providing a very secure hold. Pictures on the next page show how this works.FALCON RIDGE HO 7004 FC04 Honda Pioneer 700 4 Full Cab

  3. After attaching the double-sided strips go to the rear of the door. You will see three Velcro tabs sewn here. Starting just below the top cross bar place the 32″ adhesive strips down the bar facing the rear of the vehicle. Then pull the tabs around and attach them down the bar to the Velcro. See the photos on the next page.FALCON RIDGE HO 7004 FC04 Honda Pioneer 700 4 Full Cab - FIGURE 1

  4. Now move to the front lower corner and place the 9″ adhesive strip to match up with the Velcro on the cab. See the Photo Below.FALCON RIDGE HO 7004 FC04 Honda Pioneer 700 4 Full Cab - FIGURE 2

  5. The last Item on the doors will be a snap on the inside front section of the plastic doors. It’s easier to place the snap in the right position by first putting the screw snap stud into the socket on the enclosure. Then pull the door into place and push the snap into the plastic so that a mark is left. Then pull the snap out and screw it into the door making sure not to over-tighten and strip out the plastic. See the photos on the next page.FALCON RIDGE HO 7004 FC04 Honda Pioneer 700 4 Full Cab - FIGURE 3

  6. Begin the rear window by placing the 42″ adhesive Velcro strip across the top rear bar of the roll cage. This will hold the top of the rear window in place as shown in the photo below.FALCON RIDGE HO 7004 FC04 Honda Pioneer 700 4 Full Cab - FIGURE 4

  7. Next, attach the sides to the double-sided Velcro tabs sewn along the rear of the doors.

  8. Lastly, place the 19″ Adhesive strip across the bottom to match up with the Velcro sewn to the bottom of the Rear Window.

  9. Begin by placing the 4″ adhesive Velcro strip in the top front corner on the flat surface shown in the photo on the next page.

  10. Then take the Rear Door and zip it to the Middle Rear Window. This ensures the door is properly placed. Then attach the top front corner to the Velcro. See the photo below.

  11. Next, use the 5″ adhesive Velcro strip for the tab on the top rear section of the door. See the photo below.

  12. Then attach the 3″ adhesive strips for the double-sided strips sewn around the edge the same way you did for the front doors.

  13. Once all the Velcro is attached securely take the snap studs and screw them into the plastic doors as you did on the front door.
NOTE: It helps to put the snap studs into the sockets in the canvas first. Then one at a time push the screw into the plastic hard enough so that a mark is left behind. Pull the snap stud back out of the door and screw it into the plastic where the mark was made. snap the door in place and move on to the next one.

  14. Begin by placing the 42″ adhesive Velcro strips across the top of the roll cage. Make sure to place it on top of the bar. The photo below shows how it should look.

  15. Next, attach the double-sided Velcro strips down the sidebars. Start at the top and work your way down the tube.

  16. Then wrap the straps with the side release buckles around the bars just under the bed and back up to attach them and pull tight.

  17. Install the polycarbonate windshield using the directions included with the windshield. Do Not install a top brace

  18. After you have installed your Lexan windshield installed on your Honda you can take the straps with grommet holes in them and install them on the middle bolt of the windshield. Put the grommet through the bolt and reattach. The strap with the loop should look like the photo below.

  19. Next, take the other two straps with Velcro sewn on one end and wrap them around the roll cage in the rear just under the Rear Door. Be sure to wrap the 6″ adhesive strip completely around the bar and then tightly wrap the double-sided Velcro around the adhesive strip. See the photo below.

  20. Next, take the middle straps with a loop sewn on one end and wrap them around the roll cage on the crossbar. See the photo below.

  21. Now place the top over the entire vehicle, the front of the top is identified by the sides being more steeply curved, and begin by lacing the front straps through the ladder lock buckles sewn to the front corners of the top. The diagram below shows how to use the ladder buckle.

  22. Now run those straps up and through the ladder lock buckles sewn to the rear of the top. You now need to tighten and loosen the strap of the top so that it is centered correctly.

  23. Now install the top brace of the windshield over the top of the front of the top cap. This seals it off so that less air gets into the cab. Take a small knife and poke the material where each hole is so that a bolt can get through. See the photo below.FALCON RIDGE HO 7004 FC04 Honda Pioneer 700 4 Full Cab - FIGURE 13

Cleaning and Storage Recommendations:

  1. Before removing the Cab for storage, make sure it is very clean in order to prevent scratching of the window panels. Clean with a soft rag or sponge using a mild liquid detergent soap and warm water solution. Never rub the windows with a dry cloth or rag! Let the Cab dry thoroughly before attempting to roll it for storage.
  2. It is important that the Cab be rolled up for storage rather than folding. Folding will cause damage to the windows!!! Carefully roll up the Cab similar to the way it was when it was packed at the factory. On a large, clean, and flat surface, fold the doors over the rear panel first, then, interleave the top and windshield on top of the doors. Begin rolling the Cab into a roll approximately 8 inches in diameter. Put the rolled Cab back into the carton for storage at normal room temperature. It is best not to expose the Cab to either extremely hot or cold temperatures when storing.
  3. A special cleaner conditioner is available from Falcon Ridge that will greatly increase the service life of the Cab Enclosure. In addition, if the additional hook and loop sets are needed, they can also be ordered.

Thank you for your purchase!
