Charging and Power Bank Usage Instructions

• Charging: Charge the speaker by connecting the USB-C cable.
• Power Bank Usage: Use the USB-A port to charge smartphones or other devices.
  ※ If using the power bank while the speaker is turned off, press the power button once.

Battery/Status LED Overview

• To check the battery level, press the power button once. The battery level is indicated by four white LEDs, and automatically turn off after 10 sec..

4LEDs : 75~100%

3LEDs : 50~75%

2LEDs : 25~50%

1LEDs : 25% 이하

• If the battery level drops below 5%, the status LED will flash in red and a battery level warning sound will play every 10 min..
  

• When charging the speaker while it is turned off, the status LED will light up in red and the white LED will fill up as the battery charges.
  

• When the charging is complete, the LED will change to green.

• When the speaker is powered on while the USB-C cable is connected during charging or when charging is complete, the LED will change to blue.

Time/Distance LED Overview

• The speaker must be connected to the GOLFBUDDY app for time synchronization. (Time will not be synchronized through Bluetooth connection in smartphone settings.)
• LED ON/OFF, time display format (12-hour/24-hour), LED brightness and inversion can be changed in the settings of GOLFBUDDY app.
• The default display is the time when the app is connected and during golf rounds.
  When receiving distance voice guidance by clicking the remote control, the distance will be displayed on the LED for 5 seconds.

Voice XL_RC

• Detachment of the remote control from the speaker

  • Push the attached remote control on the speaker upwards to detach it.
    

• The remote control battery drops below 5%

• To replace the remote control battery

• By widening the groove on the side of the remote control, disassemble the cover, then insert the CR2032 battery correctly in the +/- direction, and assemble it by aligning it with the side groove.

※ Since there is a risk of injury if you disassemble the remote control with your hands, please use a tool to disassemble it.”

• Voice XL Speaker Power On/Off

• Press and hold the power button for 3 sec. to turn the speaker on/off with a sound effect.
  ※ If the speaker is not connected via Bluetooth for 10 min. after it is turned on, it will automatically turn off.

• Voice XL Remote Control Power On/Off

• Press and hold the remote control button for 3 sec. to turn on with a sound effect.

• Press and hold the remote control button for 7 sec. when the product is turned on to turn it off.
  ※ If no button is pressed for 1 hour, the product will automatically turn off.

• Voice XL Speaker Bluetooth Connection and GOLFBUDDY App Device Connection

• After connecting via Bluetooth in your smartphone settings, device connection is required in the GOLFBUDDY app.

• Step 1: Connect via Bluetooth in Smartphone Settings

• When the power of the speaker is turned on, the blue LED will flash with a sound effect and automatically search for Bluetooth.
  

• Connect Voice XL in the Bluetooth settings of your smartphone.

Android smartphone

iOS smartphone

• After Bluetooth connection, the sound of the smartphone is output through the speaker.

• After Bluetooth connection, you can make phone calls using the built-in microphone in the speaker. When a call is received, press the play button to answer or end the call, and press and hold the play button to reject the call.

• Installing the GOLFBUDDY app

• Please download and install the GOLFBUDDY app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your smartphone, and proceed with the membership registration.
  

• Step 2: Connecting the device in the GOLFBUDDY app

• Follow the steps below to connect the device for Voice XL Speaker app integration.
  

• After the Bluetooth and device connection for the Voice XL Speaker are completed, the following Voice XL remote control device connection message is displayed, and you can proceed with the device connection by pressing ‘Connect’.

• If you attempt to connect the speaker the GOLFBUDDY app without completing “Step 1: Connecting via Bluetooth in Smartphone Settings”, the following message is displayed, and if you press ‘Connect’, you will move to the Bluetooth connection screen in the smartphone settings
  

• Voice XL Remote Control GOLFBUDDY App Device Connection

※ The remote control is only connected through the GOLFBUDDY app, not through Bluetooth connection in smartphone settings.

• Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn on the remote control.
  The LED will flash with a sound effect, and it will automatically search for Bluetooth.

• After completing the speaker connection in the Golf Buddy app, proceed with the remote control connection as follows.

• When the remote control is connected, it will light up for 3 seconds with a notification sound.
  
  

• Deleting Connected Devices

• On the device management screen, press ‘Edit’ to delete connected devices.
  

• Voice XL Speaker and Remote Control Device Settings

• You can access the device settings through the device management screen or the round hole map screen.
  
  

• To reset the Voice XL speaker

• Press and hold the power&- button of the speaker for 5 seconds at the same time

• The speaker will automatically turn on after resetting and require Bluetooth and GOLFBUDDY app device connections.

• Additionally, you can also reset the device from GOLFBUDDY app device settings.

• After fully charging the product’s battery, it can be used for approximately 10 hours at medium volume.
  ※ The usage time may vary depending on the operating environment.

• Using the product as a power bank may result in decreased usage time

• If the smartphone moves away from the product, the Bluetooth connection will be lost

• If the Bluetooth has been connected to multiple smartphones, it will connect to the last connected smartphone.

• The product includes a built-in magnet (QUICK MOUNT) that can be attached to golf carts, trolleys, and iron surfaces. Due to its strong magnetic field, caution is required to prevent finger injuries during attachment. Also, please exercise caution while using it, as there is a risk of damage to pacemakers, defibrillators, and other electronic devices

• There is a risk of damage if the vibration membranes located on both sides of the speaker are pressed with sharp objects or fingers

• Using the speaker at high volume for an extended period can potentially cause permanent hearing damage or loss. Please exercise caution during use.

• Do not leave the product in direct sunlight for a long period of time, as it may caused damage on the unit.

• Do not store the product in a hot vehicle during the summer months.

• Do not disassemble the product arbitrarily as this will void the warranty..

• Use of 5V/300mA adapter is recommended as fast charging adapters may damage the unit.
