Jensen mattress toppers are made from elastic materials that adapt to the
shape of your body. Your body may leave an impression in the mattress topper
after it has been used for a while. This is quite normal. The fact that the
material adapts to the shape of your body is beneficial because it reduces
pressure and improves your blood circulation.
We, therefore, recommend that the mattress topper is regularly turned and
shaken. This will increase its durability. Regular airing and vacuuming is
also advisable. The mattress topper filling must not be exposed to heat or
direct sunlight during airing or drying.
Washing and cleaning
The mattress covers are separable, removable, and washable. All Jensen’s mattress toppers are washable at 60˚C. The zippers are concealed. We recommend that the mattress cover is divided into two parts and that these two parts are washed separately. Make sure you check the laundry size for your washing machine. The mattress cover is made from high-quality fibers that absorb large quantities of water. As a result, the mattress cover may overheat and shrink if the machine is too small. If in any doubt, get the cover washed at a laundrette. Use small amounts of detergent and be careful when centrifuging. The mattress cover must be stretched while moist and hung up to dry immediately to prevent discoloration. The mattress topper textile may contract during washing but will regain its original size after a couple of days.

Jensen issues a 5-year guarantee subject to normal usage. The receipt,
featuring the date of purchase, serves as a certificate of guarantee. In the
event of any faults, please contact the store where you purchased the mattress
topper. We recommend buying a new mattress topper after seven to ten years of
use.
