INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing the GoGEN selfie stick! Please take the time to read this manual completely. Keep it well then for any future reference.

PROPER USE
The GoGEN selfie stick is used to fasten smartphones or cameras to accommodate remotely trigger images and / or videos from a distance which corresponds the extended selfie stick.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Protect the product from dirt, moisture and overheating and use it only in a dry environment.
- Do not use the product in areas where electronic products are not allowed
- Do not drop the product and do not expose it to strong shocks.
- Do not make any modifications to the product. This will void any warranty claims.
- Remove and dispose used batteries immediately from the product.
- Use only batteries that match the specified type.
- Be sure to observe the correct polarity of the battery (+ and -) and place them accordingly. Improper insertion causes a risk of leakage or explosion of the battery and hence damage to the product.
- Do not attempt to charge the battery.
- Do not throw the battery into a fire.
- Keep the battery out of reach of children.
- Batteries are life-threatening when swallowed. If a battery is swallowed, seek immediate medical attention.
- Do not short circuit batteries and keep them away from bare metal objects.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
The Bluetooth remote trigger supports Bluetooth-enabled devices such as smartphones or tablet PCs with the operating systems iOS6 respectively Android 4.2.2 or later installed. Please note that the support of the Bluetooth remote trigger depends on your device. When in doubt, please refer to the manual for the receiving device.
COMMISSIONING
- Screw the smartphone holder on top of the selfie stick (there is two threads, one for portrait mode and one for landscape) and rotate it firmly at the desired angle.
- 1a) If you want to use the stick as a tripod, you can screw the tripod stand base at the lower end of the handle
- 1b) Moreover, the mounting of the smartphone holder directly on the tripod stand base is possible to obtain a mini tripod.
- Turn on the Bluetooth remote trigger (slide the switch up which is on the right side. The blue LED starts flashing and thus indicates that the remote trigger is in pairing mode).
- Now turn on your smartphone, activate Bluetooth, make sure your phone is visible for other Bluetooth devices and search for available devices. The Bluetooth remote trigger appears named AB Shutter 3. Then connect your smartphone with AB Shutter 3. The LED on the remote trigger stops flashing as soon as the connection is successful. The smartphone also reports a successful connection.
- 3a) If connection problems occur, or if you want to connect the Bluetooth remote trigger with another smartphone, turn the Bluetooth remote trigger off and on again to bring it back into pairing mode.
- Start the camera app on your smartphone
- Put your smartphone in the smartphone holder (for that, pull the bracket to the correct width).
- Fit the Bluetooth remote trigger in its holder on the stick that it can be easily operated with the thumb.
- Pull the selfie stick to the desired length apart (for this turn it slightly left and right, max. 75cm is possible). For fastening turn the extended elements to the right.
- To trigger the camera, press Android button for Android devices and iOS button for iOS devices.
- 8a) For continuous shooting hold the corresponding button.
- 8b) If you want to use the Bluetooth remote trigger independently from the selfie stick, we recommend that you attach the supplied carrying strap to comfortably wear it on your wrist.

health, which might otherwise occur as a consequence of improper manipulation
with the product or battery/ accumulator. Recycling of materials contributes
to protection of natural resources. Therefore, please, do not throwthe old
electrical appliances and batteries/ accumulators in the household waste.

free, is provided at your local authority, at the store where you have bought
