Components F:X Pro Filter Holder Mark III 100 mm
- This filter holder is made of aviation-grade aluminum
- All single elements are manufactured by a CNC process
- Equipped with an anti-corrosion and dimensionally stable material with a matte black surface finish
- Three square filters* and one round CPL filter (part of the set) can be used at the same time without having vignetting on ultra-wide lenses.

Installation Steps with CPL Filter
Place the CPL filter in the base ring of the filter holder. Make sure that it is inserted according to the recesses (see orange marks in illustration of installation step 1) and fits well. Due to the built-in magnets, the CPL filter is held securely.- Screw the base ring with the CPL filter onto the camera lens. Use an adapter ring if necessary.
- Place the filter holder on the base ring. Hook it on one side and press the orange easy lock button on the other side. The filter holder locks onto the base ring.
- Use the rotary wheel to set the required alignment for the CPL filter.
- Align the CPL filter first. Only then push the rectangular filter(s) into the filter holder.
Installation Steps without CPL Filter
- . Screw the base ring with the CPL filter onto the camera lens. Use an adapter ring if necessary.
- Place the filter holder on the base ring. Hook it on one side and press the orange easy lock button on the other side. The filter holder locks onto the base ring.
Note:
- The filter holder can be used only with square filters with a width of 100 mm and a thickness of 2 mm.
- The filter holder and the adapter ring are made of aluminum. Therefore, minor friction noises under rotation are normal. This does not affect the performance of the filter holder or the filter itself.
- A maximum of one round filter and two square filters can be used at the same time. With two extension rails (optionally available), another filter can be used.
- If the filter holder is installed correctly, the filter can be inserted from the top or bottom. In addition, the system can be rotated.
Inserting the Optional Extension Rails
Slide the front rail included with the F:X Pro filter holder Mark III inward to the center of the filter holder. The rail comes loose.- Now place the extension rail on the section so that the two notches on the filter holder match those on the extension rail.
Now push the extension rail outwards until it clicks.
You can now insert another square filter into the F:X Pro Mark III filter holder.
