Convection function
The convection function (air circulation inside the oven cavity) maintains a uniform and constant flow of air throughout the oven cavity, increasing its efficiency.
In order to prevent the appearance of rust inside the oven, caused by the vapors released from the food during cooking, the oven must cool down with the door ajar. To do this, simply pull the door slightly to the intermediate opening position.
For construction reasons, the positioning rails can be interrupted. Be very careful when handling the Tray and the grill to avoid an accident.
When cooking dishes with oil or fat that can splatter, such as roast chicken, it is recommended that you place aluminum foil on the pan to reduce splattering.
Always use a kitchen handle or protective glove to insert or remove the tray. Direct contact with the tray when it is hot can cause severe burns.
Do not apply or wet the oven glass with water when it is hot. This could crack the glass.
Do not operate the appliance near a gas burner or other heat source or electric fan, etc. This way you will control the correct temperature.
Do not put bottles or cans of food directly into the oven, as this could damage the appliance or people.
If the oven is too close to a wall, it may burn or rust.
Make sure the appliance is not close to the curtains.
Do not place anything between the bottom of the oven and the surface the oven is resting on. There is a risk of fire.
Do not place anything on the oven while it is operating, the heat may cause it to malfunction, break, etc.

OPERATION

Before first use
Before using the oven for the first time, remove the grid, the tray, and the waste tray and wash, as indicated in the “Cleaning and Maintenance” chapter. Heat the empty oven to maximum temperature for 10 minutes. During the first few minutes of operation (only on first use), the appliance may release some smoke and smell, which disappears immediately afterward.
Use
Temperature selector
To program the temperature, turn the temperature selector according to the desired temperature, from 90ºC to 230ºC. Before selecting the temperature, you must take into account the type of food you are going to cook.
Cooking selector
You must select the most suitable cooking position, using the cooking selector that controls the heating elements. Turning the cooking selector to the first position turns the cooking selection OFF.
Use the cooking selector to set the heat source:

  • Superior resistance
  • Lower resistance
  • Upper and lower resistance
  • Superior resistance + convection function
  • Upper and lower resistance + convection function

Timer
To program the cooking time, turn the timer selector to the desired time. The timer can be programmed for up to 60 minutes. The indicator light comes on, indicating that cooking has started.
After the selected time has elapsed, the oven will emit an audible signal, turning off automatically.
NOTE: although you have selected the temperature, cooking mode, and cooking duration, you can adjust any of the selectors during cooking if necessary. You can even turn off the oven by turning the time/timer selector all the way to the left (OFF position).
For the oven to work correctly you must adjust the three selectors. If you have programmed a certain time, but you have not selected the cooking position (selector in the OFF position), the oven will not work.
Interior light
The interior light helps to check the cooking status.
The interior light turns on when the timer is programmed and turns off after the selected time has elapsed.
Positioning rails
You can adjust the tray and the grid to three different positions (heights), depending on the dishes you want to cook, using the positioning rails.
Waste tray
Always use the oven with the waste tray. The waste tray prevents the oven from getting dirty.
Attention: if the oven is dirty, it may take longer to cook your dish.
Caution: be careful when removing puddings or other hot liquids, as you risk burning yourself.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and wait until it cools down.
After each use and before carrying out any cleaning operations, always unplug the appliance and allow the appliance to cool down completely.
Let the oven cool down with the oven door ajar. To do this, simply pull the door slightly to the intermediate opening position.
When completely cool:
Remove the griddle, tray, and waste tray.
Clean the inside of the oven with a soft, damp cloth and then with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use a brush with strong bristles, as it may scratch the inner surface of the oven.
Wash the grid, tray, and waste tray by hand in hot water with a soft sponge and a non-abrasive detergent. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth to remove excess water.
Important – you should never wash the tray or waste tray in the dishwasher. Detergents can cause changes in color or shine, without, however, changing their efficiency.
Wipe the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth and then with a soft, dry cloth. Do not immerse the appliance in water or put it under the tap.
Do not use toxic or abrasive cleaning products such as gasoline, polishing powder, or thinner.
