tool oil. Pick up a possibility of lubrication.
Ways of lubrication are the following:
a) Via a beam-added lubricator The full maintenance unit includes a beam-added
lubricator and is placed on the compressor.
b) Via a lubricator on the piping
A lubricator installed on piping supplied the unit with a sufficient amount of
oil at an immediate distance from the unit (approximately 50 cm).
c) Manually
If there is no maintenance unit or a lubricator on piping, 5-6 drops of oil
should be put in a pneumatic connection before every putting operation.
Store the pneumatic tool in dry rooms.
You need to disconnect the air hose and pour in a large volume of pneumatic
oil into the air intake every three months or when the angle grinding machine
is used only occasionally. Reconnect the air hose and let the angle grinding
machine run for app. 30 seconds to enable compressor engine cleaning. Follow
the lubricating instructions after cleaning.
