Product Usage Instructions
Mounting the Windshield
- Place the windshield on the headlamp if possible.
- Support the screen on the headlamp if possible.

Mounting Instructions for Kit Ref 10566
This kit is compatible with Kawasaki ER-6N ’12-’16, Z650 ’17-’19, Z900 ’17-’19, and Z1000 ’14-’19 models.
Tools Required
- Allen wrench
- Phillips screwdriver
Follow the steps below to mount the kit:
- Attach the left support (L) (part number: SOPORT62-4L0062) to the designated area.
- Attach the right support (R) (part number: SOPORT62-4R0062) to the designated area.
- Insert the M6x40 DIN912 Allen screw (part number: TORNIAD912-0058) through the holes and secure it with the M6 DIN9021 washer (part number: ARANDPD9021-037) and M6 DIN6923 nut(part number: TUERCAEM6G-0213).
- Attach the coupling angle (part number: FIXSOPOR-0-PR16) to the assembled parts.
- Cover the nuts with the nut caps (part number: CAPERUTUM6-21/1).
Note : The recommended tightening torque for the M6x40 DIN912 Allen screw is 4 N/m or 35.4 lbf/in.
