USE
Press and hold button to change between the 5 different colour temperatures (2500K-6500K

Feature
WARNING / CHARGING INSTRUCTION / BATTERY TIPS
Avoid looking directly into the beam of light, as this will result in dazzling.
- Do not use the lamp near a naked flame.
- Recharge frequently.
- Do not leave the battery without charge for an extended period – Deep discharge risks damaging the battery.
- The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable; when the light source reaches its end of life the whole luminaire shall be replaced.
USE
- Press the on/off button to turn the lamp on.
CHARGING
- The headlamp has 5 battery status LEDs.
- When the headlamp is charging, the LEDs will light red in the following pattern.
- When the headlamp is off. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to read the remaining battery capacity.
- When the battery has less than 10 %, the last LED will flash.
- When the charger is connected the headlamp will turn off.
- If the headlamp is turned on while charging, the charging will stop. Charging will resume when the headlamp is turned off
DIMMER FUNCTION
- When the headlamp is on, press and hold the power button to decrease/increase the brightness of the light.
- The light will flash when the minimum/maximum brightness is reached.
- The headlamp will remember the brightness level when turned off.
COLOR TEMPERATURE

When the lamp is on, press and hold the “Sensor” button to increase the color temperature. Press and hold again to
decrease the color temperature. -
The headlamp will remember the color temperature when it is turned off.
IR SENSOR
- To activate the Infrared on/off-sensor, press the “Sensor” button.
- The green LEDs will turn on when the sensor is activated.
- To turn the headlamp on/off with the IR Sensor, wave a hand in front of the headlamp.
TEMPERATURE PROTECTION
- The headlamp has a battery temperature monitor.
- In case of overtemperature the brightness will be lowered or turned off until a safe battery temperature is reached.
- Charging will be suspended in case of over-temperature.
- All 5 LEDs will flash 5 times if the headlamp is turned off because of temperature.
WARNING – Risk of fire – Minimum distance from lighted objects 0.1m.
Disposal
Discarded electrical products must not be disposed of together with household
waste.
Please use recycling facilities. Ask your local authority or retailer for
advice on recycling.
- The battery must be removed from the device before it is broken up
- The device must be disconnected from the mains when the battery is removed
- Please dispose of the battery safely

This SCANGRIP product is guaranteed for a period of 2 (two) years from date of
purchase. This guarantee shall become invalid if the product has been misused,
tampered with or accidentally damaged.
If the product is defective, we undertake to repair or replace the product or
any part of it that is defective; or wholly or partly recompense you if they
are defective.
This guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies available to
consumers, all of which are given by us to you if you are a consumer. Our
goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian or New
Zealand Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major
failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or
damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the
goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a
major failure.
