Do not submerge the appliance in water and do not pour water directly onto the
appliance.
For best results, lightly grease the nonstick plates with a little cooking
oil.

foods should be completely defrosted before cooking them with this product.

appliance may produce some smoke that will disappear right away. This is
normal and does not affect the safety or operation of the appliance.
Use
Fully unwind the power cable.
Place the appliance on a flat and horizontal surface, such that the power
cable is not stretched out.
Lightly grease the nonstick plates with cooking oil.
Plug the power cable into the electrical socket. If using an extension cable,
make sure it is grounded. The power indicator light will turn on, indicating
that the appliance is connected to the electrical current.
Rotate the thermostat control knob between the Min and Max position, depending
on the food to be cooked. The operating indicator light will turn on.
Unlock the plates by moving the lock/ elevation lever to the unlocked
position.
Warning: the nonstick plates and appliance surfaces can heat up during
appliance operation. To prevent the risk of burns, only touch the appliance
with its handle.
Allow the nonstick plates to preheat for 5 to 7 minutes. The operating
indicator light will turn off, indicating that the appliance is ready to cook.
Use the handle to lift the upper plate.
Place the foods on the lower plate using, if necessary, a wooden or heat-
resistant plastic utensil.
Warning: do not use metal utensils on the nonstick plates, as this may
irreparably damage the nonstick coating.
Use the handle to lower the upper nonstick plate.
Note – the operating indicator light may turn on and off during cooking,
which is normal and does not affect the operation of the appliance.
Important – always remove foods with the help of a plastic or wooden
spatula. Never use metallic tongs or knives, as these may cause irreparable
damage to the nonstick coating of the plates.
Using the grill in the closed position (fig. 1)
Adjust the thermostat control (6) to the desired temperature. To start, turn
it to the Max position, later adjusting it to your preference.

foods and place them on the lower plate, using the handle to lift the upper

to leave grill marks on the food.
When the foods are cooked, use the handle to open the grill.

the Max position, later adjusting it to your preference.
