Make sure other people using the product are familiar with these instructions.

Technical data

  • Power input 220 – 240V
  • Acoustic power output leve KF1310 400 W 78 dB

SAFETY WARNING

Attention! Don’t use the product near a bath, washbasin, or other vessels with water. The risk persists, even if you turned the appliance off. That is why you have to disconnect the plug from the socket immediately after use, as well as before cleaning. Never pull out the plug by pulling by the supply cable.

  • Don’t apply lacquer, or other aerosol sprays around the appliance when using that.
  • Make sure that the hot-air brush cannot come in contact with water and don’t touch it with wet hands. If you lay down the brush during hair conditioning, turn it off.
  • The inlet grid heats during operation. Avid any contact with the supply cable.
  • Time after time check the supply cable for damaging. If it occurs (that concerns the plug damaging as well), have it repaired in a service centre.
  • The inlet and outlet openings should never be blocked. If the free air passage is disabled, the device is automatically tuned off. Within several minutes the appliance cools down and is automatically turned on.
  • Pull off the plug from the socket always after use and before cleaning.
  • The safety grid in the inlet opening prevents hair to get into the device. If the grid is clogged, clean it, otherwise the passage is blocked and the appliance automatically turns off.
  • For further protection we recommend installing the safety current cut-off (RCD) with rated release current not exceeding 30 mA in the circuit feeding the bathroom. Ask an electrician for advice.
  • To prevent electrical accident have any repairs made by a skilled person.
  • Do not allow children or unskilled people to handle the unit. Use the unit out of the reach of these individuals.
  • Person with limited movement capacities, reduced sensory perception, insufficient mental capacity or those who are unaware of the proper handling shall use the product only under the supervision of a responsible, aware person.
  • Take extra care when using the unit near children.
  • Don’t let anyone use the unit as a toy.
