66-120 INCHES CURTAIN ROD INSTRUCTIONS
ONE (1) ROD SET PACKAGE CONTAINS:
- GATHER THE FOLLOWING TOOLS: PENCIL, MEASURING TAPE, SCREWDRIVER AND ELECTRIC DRILL.
- POSITION BRACKETS IN A DESIRED LOCATION ABOVE THE WINDOW BY MARKING WALL SCREW LOCATIONS WITH A PENCIL. BOTH BRACKETS SHOULD BE EQUAL DISTANCE FROM THE OUTSIDE OF THE WINDOW AND THE THIRD BRACKET IN THE CENTER. TIPS: IN MOST SPACES, A CURTAIN ROD SET LOOKS BEST HUNG ON THE WALL OUTSIDE OF THE WINDOW FRAME. ALLOW 1 TO 3 IN (2.5 TO 7.6CM) ON EACH SIDE OF THE WINDOW, 2 TO 4 IN (5 TO 10CM) ABOVE THE WINDOW FRAME.
- IF FIXING TO DRYWALL, CHECK FOR BURIED CABLES AND PIPES BEFORE USING A DRILL BIT. DRILL TO A DEPTH OF 32MM AND INSERT ANCHORS. IF FIXING TO WOODEN BATTEN, NO ANCHORS ARE REQUIRED.
- MOUNT THE BRACKETS WITH THE WALL SCREWS PROVIDED.
- CONNECT THE THREE-PIECE ROD TOGETHER. THE ROD WITH THE SMALLEST DIAMETER IS THE MIDDLE PIECE. REMOVE ALL ATTACHED FINIALS TO FIND THE SMALLER MIDDLE PIECE RESTING INSIDE THE LARGER END PIECE.
- FIT ONE FINIAL TO ONE END OF THE ROD. SLIDE CURTAIN ONTO THE ROD BEFORE FITTING THE OTHER FINIAL.
- PLACE CURTAIN ROD ONTO THE BRACKETS, TIGHTEN THE THUMB SCREWS.
