TO CONNECT AUDIO CABLE

Look at the back of your TV.

  • Find your preferred audio jack and connect associated cable from TV to base.

  • Find your external TV box (cable box. satellite box etc.)
  • Plug in appropriate cable

HOW TO MUTE

Make sure the TV is directly connected to the TV headphones base in order to mute it. Please set the volume on your TV and TV box to the lowest setting if your TV is already connected to a TV box, such as a cable box. You’ll get the same outcome as muting the television.

HOW TO FIX CONNECTION PROBLEMS WITH TV

Please configure your streaming device’s audio output options to Stereo or Linear PCM output for Netflix TV or any other online TV. Please turn off Dolby on any TVs that have it. If 5.1 surround sound is chosen, try selecting a non-5.1 alternative. If not, all you’ll hear is static.

HOW TO FIX SOUND PROBLEMS

To verify again, please change your TV’s base from “STEREO” to “MONO.” This issue will arise if you are playing mono audio when the TV base is set to stereo.

when earpanda headphone base red light on, it means the headset is charging. when charging is full, the red light will be off automatically to stop charging.

Do I have to program these to hear tv?****

NO. just connect and turn on and play, no need paring or programming at all.

please follow these instructions on your TV:
1)For TV with Dolby, please turn off Dolby. If surround sound (5.1) is selected, try changing it to a non-5.1 option.
2)For Netflix TV, please adjust your streaming device’s audio output settings to Stereo or Linear PCM output.
3)If you can hear TV but poor sound quality, try to disconnect and connect again to avoid not firmly connected at both ends of audio cable or change to another audio cable if available.

Surround sound is turned but I can only hear electricity static in earphone.****

please try to disable surround sound, and I guess it will work.

Does charging light go off when fully charged?****

Earpanda wireless tv headphones system are checking battery status all the time during charging. When battery is full, the charging will stop automatically and charging light off. This automatic charging stop is for protecting the battery from overcharge, to help battery last long.

I guess your TV has Dolby audio if you are using a digital TV. when the TV audio is set to Dolby or Auto. Change the TV audio setting to PCM or linear audio if you are experiencing issues.

Yes, as long as they work……I had two of them and they’re pieces of junk.
