Earpanda 3-in-1 Pro Digital Wireless TV Headphones
Product Information
The 3-in-1 Earpanda Pro Digital Wireless TV Headphones provide a versatile and
convenient audio solution for your TV, phone, computer, and more. The package
includes a TV base (transmitter & charging dock), one Earpanda Pro wireless
headphone with awired earbud, a power adapter, three cables for your TV
(digital optical cable, RCA cable, 3.5mm AUX cable), and a screwdriver for BAL
adjustment.
The Earpanda Pro offers a long battery life of 9-10 hours in TV mode and 15-16
hours in phone & MIC mode. It takes approximately 2 hours to fully charge the
headphones. It is recommended to keep the TV base away from home WIFI devices
to avoid any impact on WIFI speed.
Product Usage Instructions
Charging the Headset:
- Connect the power supply to the TV base.
- Allow the headset to charge for a maximum of two hours.
Earpanda Pro Setup with your TV:
Digital TV User’s Attention!!!
Before using the headphones with a digital TV, follow these steps:
- Remove the digital cable covers at both ends.
- Set your TV audio out to PCM.
- Go to Menu or Setting.
- Select Audio or Sound.
- Choose digital audio or digital audio selection.
- Select PCM.
- Once fully charged and set, enjoy your new Earpanda Pro!
In rare cases where the PCM setting is done for the digital TV but there is still no sound, it is likely that the TV SOUND OUT setting is not properly set. Follow these steps:
- Set TV Sound Out to “Internal TV Speaker + Audio Out(optical)” if available.
- If you can only choose either Internal TV Speaker or Audio Out(optical), select Audio Out(optical) for proper functioning with Earpanda Pro.
Earpanda Pro Setup with your Smart Phone:
To connect Earpanda Pro with your phone for calls and music:
- Turn on your Earpanda Pro. The Bluetooth light will flicker, indicating it is searching for your phone.
- Turn on the Bluetooth function on your mobile phone.
- In your phone’s Bluetooth device list, find Earpanda Pro.
- Select Earpanda Pro and accept the connection on your phone.
- Once connected, the Earpanda Pro light2 will turn off.
Disconnecting Earpanda Pro from your Phone:
If you wish to disconnect Earpanda Pro from your mobile phone, follow these steps:
- Turn on Earpanda Pro.
- Long press the Earpanda Pro MIC button for 3 seconds to remove all previous connections with mobile phones.
- Earpanda Pro is now disconnected from your mobile phone.
- To connect with a new phone, follow the “Connecting with your phone” steps.
Speed Dial Function:
After your phone is connected with Earpanda Pro, you can set a speed dial number:
- When you are calling or receiving a phone call from someone you wish to set a speed dial for, long press the Earpanda Pro phone button for 3 seconds.
- You will hear the voice reminder “Number Confirmed”.
- Anytime you long press the Earpanda Pro Phone button, Earpanda Pro will quickly call the set speed dial number.
- To set a new speed dial number, repeat step 1.

Charge the headset before using

Set your TV audio out to PCM before using
Menu or Setting → Audio or Sound → digital audio out or digital audio selection → PCM Once fully charged and set, now enjoy your new EarPanda Pro -
Very rear case you have done PCM setting for your digital TV, and still no sound, very likely your TV SOUND OUT setting is not properly set.
Please set TV Sound Out: internal TV speaker + Audio Out(optical) if available.
For some digital TVs, you can only choose either “Internal TV Speaker” or “Audio Out(optical)”, then you will have to set “Audio Out(optical)” so Earpanda Por can work properly with your TV.
How to pair a new Earpanda Pro replacement.
If you buy an additional Earpanda Pro, simply follow the directions below to pair your new Earpanda Pro to your existing TV base station.
- Turn on your new Earpanda Pro;
- Long press Earpanda Pro TV button (3 seconds) till you see TV light flickers very quickly, and you will hear “pairing” voice. Earpanda Pro is in pairing mode.
- Long press the TV base power button (3 seconds) till it is powered off.
- Long press TV base power button again (6 seconds) till power light flickers very quickly.TV base is in pairing mode.
- TV base will connect with new Earpanda Pro quickly and both blue lights are onstably.
- done. through this way you can have many Earpanda Pros connecting with one TV base. Also, many Earpanda Pro systems can work together closely at the same time without interference from each other
A few Suggestions:
- To mute TV and hear ONLY from Earpanda Pro headset, please set TV sound out: internal TV speaker + Audio Out(optical) if available. (see reference photo in page 6)With some TV’s you can simply select “mute” on your TV remote control.
- For users of Analog TV or TV with headphone jack, please make sure you haveconnected the audio cable firmly at both ends. Not firmly attached may cause poor sound or sound with noise.
- To get the best listening experiences, we suggest you do not set TV volume too low.at extreme conditions, too low TV volume will be treated as noise and muting function will activate as Earpanda Pro treats it as no TV audio in so muting to not disturb you.

- when you are calling or receiving phone call from someone you wish to set speed dial, please long press Earpanda Pro “phone” button for 3 seconds.
- you will hear the voice reminder” Number Confirmed”.
- anytime, just long press Earpanda Pro “Phone” button, Earpanda Pro will call to this number quickly.
- Do step 1 again to set a new speed dial number
