- Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.
- WARNING! Chemical reaction created by the powder and the glue could burn skin.
- WARNING! Avoid contact with skin. IF ON SKIN wash with plenty of soap and water. Release stuck skin with acetone.
- WARNING! Avoid contact with eyes. IF IN EYES rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists get medical advice/attention.
- Keep children, animals and unauthorised persons away from the work area.
- DO NOT use if you are tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or intoxicating medication.
INTRODUCTION
Two part (adhesive and filler power) repair system with unique reinforcing and filling feature. Cracks, holes and gaps can be repaired so that the damaged area is taken beck to the original shape/profile. Designed to bond rubber, copper, steel and aluminium as well as most plastics. Rapid solidification and strong cohesive force allows speedy repairs – under 30 seconds and you can move on to the next stage of the repair.
PREPARATION
- Decide what kind of repair is to be made. If necessary arrange appropriate supporting materials: masking tape, cleaning cloths.
- Prepare all tools and accessories required for the whole repair.
WARNING! Direct contact with the glue is not allowed.
INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1
Wear protective gloves.
Clean off surface paint, dust and oil. Ensure area is clean and dry. Use sandpaper to roughen the surface. -
STEP 2
Unscrew lid from powder container. Use a knife to carefully cut the powder container nozzle at a 45° angle and put aside.
Use pin (supplied) to pierce the adhesive bottle’s nozzle. Fit the adhesive catheter tightly onto the nozzle. -
STEP 3
Drop the adhesive evenly onto the site of the repair.
Drop an appropriate amount of powder (thickness ≤ 5mm) onto the site of the repair. Use the supplied stirrer to adjust the powder shape and dosage.
Drop adhesive again on to the powder, until the powder will no longer absorb the adhesive.
WARNING! The adhesive combined with the powder will produce a lot of heat and slight irritant gases within 10 seconds. -
If the repair is not thick enough repeat step 3.
ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools,
accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre and
disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When the
product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any
fluids (if applicable) into approved containers and dispose of the product and
fluids according to local regulations.
