Product Information

The 1MORE SonoFlow SE HQ30 is a pair of ANC Type-C headphones manufactured by Tiinlab Corporation. The headphones can be connected to a mobile phone via Bluetooth and can be controlled using various buttons on the device. The headphones also come with the 1MORE MUSIC APP for users outside mainland China, which provides product upgrades and additional features. Product Usage Instructions

  1. Power On: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.
  2. Power Off: Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.
  3. Playback Play / Pause: Click the power button.
  4. Phone Call Answer / Hang up: Click the power button.
  5. Switch to the mobile phone: Double click the power button.
  6. Decline: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.
  7. Voice Assistant (Bluetooth on and not in a call): Double click the power button.
  8. ANC ON / Pass-through / ANC OFF (Switch in turn): Click the power button.
  9. Volume +: Click the volume up button.
  10. Previous Track: Press and hold the volume up button for 2 seconds.
  11. Volume -: Click the volume down button.
  12. Next Track: Press and hold the volume down button for 2 seconds.

Tips:

  1. Please read the instruction manual carefully and retain it for future reference.
  2. Before first use, fully charge the battery.
  3. If the headphones have been unused for more than 3 months, it is recommended to charge them to improve battery capacity.
  4. Only use chargers that are FCC approved.
  5. In dry environments, static electricity may numb your ear, which is not related to the quality of the product.

FAQ

  1. Why the headphones cannot be turned on?
    Check if your headphones have enough battery life. If not, please charge them for at least 30 minutes.

  2. Why the headphones cannot play music after successfully connecting to my Android device?
    After pairing successfully, on the Bluetooth menu of your device, tap the icon on the right of your device name and make sure the Media Audio option is on.

  3. Why there is no sound from the headphones while making phone calls after successfully connecting to my Android device?
    After pairing successfully, on the Bluetooth menu of your device, tap the icon on the right of your device name and make sure the Phone Audio option is on.

  4. Why the Bluetooth connection is not stable and causes some interruptions?

  5.  Try shortening the distance between your headphones and device. Avoid solid barriers in between.

  6. Please keep away from strong interference sources, such as Wi-Fi and GPRS.

  7. Please make sure the Bluetooth antenna of your device is not blocked.

  8. Why some control functions do not match those in the manual while using third party music/video player Apps?
    Your operating system and the third party music/video player apps may have different settings for the control functions. We recommend that you use the music/video player apps that your device has originally provided.
