INTRODUCTION
Reshaping tool designed for repairing wheel arch collision damage or for increasing tire to wing clearance by flaring wheel arches. The fully adjustable telescopic arm allows a 180-degree wheel swivel. Elongated holes on the hub adaptor plate suitable for vehicles with various four & five stud/bolt patterns. Bolts directly to the hub assembly. The attached hitch pin allows for a change in angle.
OPERATION
3.1. Place the vehicle on a lift or jack up and support the weight of the car
safely with adequately rated supports.
3.2. Remove wheel arch liner.
3.3. Clean all areas where the tool will touch the bodywork.
3.4. Fit tool to wheel fixings. If the vehicle has tapered nuts/bolts use the
tapered fixings supplied. Check fixings are tight.
3.5. Sweep tool across the working area to test access.
Note: If the inner wheel arch is bonded to the outer wheel arch it will
be more difficult to reshape.

3.7.1. Heat area to be reshaped in order to prevent paint cracking.
3.7.2. Use the tool to push the wheel arch lip whilst maintaining heat in the
panel and lip.
