- Always remove stains as quickly as possible Most stains and dirt can be removed using an ordinary pH-neutral detergent diluted in lukewarm water at normal strengths (follow pack instructions)
- First, soak up as much of the liquid as possible with a soft white cloth.
- If the stain has dried on, remove as much residue as possible with a vacuum.
- Rub carefully with a soft white cloth; do not use abrasive cloths.
- Press the fabric with a dry, soft white cloth or kitchen roll every time water is added to soak up moisture and dirt.
- Use clean water without any detergent for the final clean. (The area may appear darker than the surrounding fabric after being cleaned with water, but should become less noticeable over time)
