Troubleshooting Table

- Disconnect the device and restart the product.
- Replace different electrical equipment to test the machine.
Temperature warning icon flashes and beeps| The temperature of the product is
too high or too low| Remove the device and turn the power OFF Wait for the
device to reach the appropriate temperature.
The mains power connection logo flashes. Can not be charged| Poor charging
cable connection| Check the connection status of the cable and the power
supply of the power supply
Precautions For Use
- It is recommended to use or store this product in an environment of 15°C- 30°C, Keep away from water, heat sources, and other metal objects.
- If long-term storage is required, please charge and discharge this product once every 3 months. (Discharge to 30%, then charge to 50%).
- For safety reasons, do not store this product for a long time at temperatures above 45°C or In environments below-10°C.
- In order to extend the service life of the battery, it is recommended to operate at 20°C-30°C environment to use this product.
- If it is not used for a long time, please charge it to 50% before storing it. In case of insufficient battery Long term storage under normal conditions may damage the battery core.
- Be sure not to disassemble or modify this product, as it may cause mal- functions, and fire occurs.
- Please use our company’s genuine accessories for accessories. Defects caused by using non-genuine products are not covered by the warranty.
- Please discard or recycle this product according to the methods stipulated by local laws.
