WRIST SIZES
- Small 5.2″–6.5″ 132 mm–165 mm
- Large 6.5″–9.2″ 165 mm–235 mm
INSTRUCTIONS
- Print out this page at 100%. Do not scale to fit.
- Cut out the sample band and wrap it around your wrist, keeping the end with the arrow on top of the sections labeled L and S.
- Make sure the band lays flat against your wrist.
- If the arrow points to the S section, your best fit is small. If it points to the L section, your best fit is large.

STAINLESS STEEL MESH SIZING TOOL
WRIST SIZE
One size adjustable band 5.1”–7.5” 130 mm–191 mm
INSTRUCTIONS
- Print out this page at 100%. Do not scale to fit.
- Cut out the sample band and wrap it around your wrist.
- Make sure the band lays flat against your wrist.
- If the sample band fits around your wrist, then the stainless steel metal mesh band should fit as well
