INSTALLING THE BATTERIES

Grip the lower silver portion with left hand.

Grip the upper silver portion with right hand.

Gently twist the top portion counterclockwise, so that the
black arrow points to the unlocked icon. -
Gently lift the top portion straight up to expose the
battery compartment. -
Insert 6 AAA batteries (not included) according to the polarity diagrams (“+” or “-”) on each battery slot.

Replace the upper portion and gently twist it so that the black
arrow points to the locked icon.
FILLING AND USING THE DEVICE
- Grip the lower silver portion with left hand.
- Grip the glass container with right hand.
- Gently twist glass container counterclockwise until it comes apart from the silver portion.
- Fill the glass container with your favorite peppercorns or coarse sea salt. NOTE: Not for use with rock salt.
- Replace the glass container and twist back into place.
- Flip the device upside-down to begin grinding.
- To adjust the coarseness of your seasoning, twist the white knob on top: counterclockwise for larger (coarse) grounds, clockwise for smaller (fine) grounds.

If the device will not be used for an extended period of time,
please remove the batteries. -
Keep this device and all batteries out of the reach of children.

Always start with a fresh set of batteries.

Do not mix old and new batteries.
