Power Indicators

The battery indicator is convenient for you to control the power bank appliances and functions

  1. Checking ramaining power:
    Click the button, if one white light is on, it means the power is within 25%, if two white lights are on, it means the power is within 50%, if three white lights are on, it means the power is within 75%, and if four white lights are on, it means the power is within 100%. When the last light of the setting indicator flashes, the battery is less than 5%, please charge as soon as possible

  2. Checking charging function:
    After clicking the button, during use, the first light turns red, indicating that the wireless charging function of the mobile power supply is working normally. If the fourth light is green, it means that the mobile power supply has turned on the fast charging function.

Matters needing attention

  • If not in use for a long time, please charge the battery at least every 3months
  • During use, the device will be slightly hot, but it is normal that it is not hot to the hand
  • Please keep the product dry and do not scrub with chemical cleaning agent Please take care of the environment, scrap and recycle according to the designated location, do not dispose of it arbitrarily
  • Children must use it under the guidance of adults.
  • Do not collide, disassemble or wade in water, get wet, squeeze the device
  • Do not use it to charge devices with incompatible current and voltage, which will cause fire or other problems

FAQ

  • When the power bank cannot be charged:
    Please check the cable.charger or adapter used are working If not,please choose compatible components to charge it

  • When the power bank cannot charge other devices:
    when power bank’s battery is too low, please recharge it. The voltage of the charged device is not compatible with the output voltage of the mobile power supply, please check the charging voltage of the charged device.
    The connection method between the charged device and the mobile power supply is incorrect, check the connection line and the adapter if is normal. If the internal circuit of the mobile power supply is faulty, please contact the after-sales service department of the local dealer.
