Operation Instruction

Power ON/OFF

After switching off power, the motor will not be able to receive remote signals.

Power ON

  • Turn the dial switch to the right side, the motor is powered on
  • The red light flashes to indicate when power on

Power OFF

  • Turn to the left side, the motor is powered off
  • Power OFF

Programming Preparation

  • If there is no action in 10 seconds, the motor will exit programming automatically.
  • Press the PROG button for 1s Motor jogs once.

  • Press and hold the STOP button on the programmed remote for 5s
  • Motor jogs once. The motor is now in setting mode

Paring remote

  • Press the UP button under paring mode
  • The motor jogs once, and the motor and remote are now paired
  • Under the programming preparation, press the remote “DOWN” button
  • The motor jogs once, the motor direction is now reversed.

First limit position setting

  • Press PROG on the programmed remote for 1s
  • The motor jogs once, it is now in setting mode
  • The first limit can be the Upper or lower limit, if press the UP button, then the Upper limit is the first limit

  • Adjust the motor to the desired position, press STOP, then press PROG
  • Motor jogs once, the limit position is saved

Other limit position-setting

  • Adjust the motor to the desired position, press STOP, then press PROG for 1s
  • The motor jogs once, and it gets into setting mode
  • Press the PROG button again
  • The motor jogs once again, and the limit position setting is done

  • Fine-tuning the motor to the desired position

  • Press and hold the UP+DOWN buttons for 5s at the same time
  • Motor jogs, then it gets into adjusting mode
  • Press and hold the STOP button, then press the UP button, it gets a greater angle

  • Motor jogs then the adjustment is done
  • Then press and hold the STOP button for 2s to save and exit adjusting mode
  • The motor jogs once, and the setting is saved

Jog movement & Continuous movement switching

The default movement of the motor is continuous, and can be changed to jog movement or back to continuous movement for blind positioning or during fine- tuning mode. If the APP is controlled, it is continuous movement.A-OK-AM25D-

  • Under the programming preparation, press the remote “STOP” button
  • Motor jogs once, the switching is done

Delete Single Code

  • Under the programming preparation, press the “PROG” on the back of the programmed remote
  • The motor jogs once, the single remote is deleted

  • Let the motor run to the limit position which needs to be deleted, and press PROG for 7s
  • The motor jogs once after 1s and then goes into setting mode
  • The motor jogs once again after 7s, the preset limit position is now deleted

Reset motor

  • Short press the PROG button, release when the red light comes on
  • Short press the PROG button again, and release when the red light comes on
  • Press and hold PROG for 3s, and release until the red light flashes twice

  • Press STOP on the programmed transmitter for 5s
  • Motor jogs once
  • Press back PROG for 7s within 10s
  • Motor jogs once in 1s
  • Motor jogs two more times in 7s. The reset is done

Supplemental Instruction

  • a. Max. 6 limit stop positions. (Upper limit/ Lower limit and 4 intermediate limit positions)
  • b. When the first limit position is the up limit position, all other limit positions can only be below this position; the same thing, is when the first limit position is the down limit position, all other limit positions can only be set above this position. can’t be deleted
  • c. Every limit position can be fine-turned or deleted separately (the first limit position can only be fine-tuned but can’t be deleted separately. It can be deleted when deleting all memories
  • d. Under the jog mode, short press the up or down button, motor jogs once. Press the up or down button for more than 1s, and the engine moves to the limit positions.
  • e. Under the continuous move mode, quickly press the up or down button twice on the transmitter, and the motor will go directly to the up or down limit stop position without stopping at the middle limit position.
  • f. The light is red when charging and will turn to green when fully charged.
  • g. The motor will stop when the voltage is under 6.8V, and start working at 6.9V; motor moves under 7.0V, the red light will flesh the working voltage)
    • Battery shortage alarm:
  • The red-light flashes when the battery capacity is below 7.OV, yet it is still in continuous move mode.
  • The motor will step into jog mode when the battery capacity is below 6.8V, which means you must charge the engine.
  • h. The motor needs to unlock in a different direction when it is blocked; Need to change the jog mentioned direction if the direction is the same as the jog direction.
  • When the motor is blocked, it needs to be unlocked in reverse, and if it is in the same direction as the shaking, change the direction of the shaking prompt
  • I. The charge cable needs to have the data transfer function.
  • Motor charging needs to use a TYPE-C charging cable with a data transmission function.

APP instructions

  1. Scan the QR code, then download and install the APP.
  2. on the interface”Welcome home”, choose”Add a device” or click “+” in the right corner.
  3. On this interface, click manually add”‘ Gateway control wireless gateway(Zigbee)”.
  4. Choose a network and type in a password.
  5. Gateway power on, long press the setting button on the gateway until the red indicator light flashes quickly and the blue light is on for a long.

  6. Matching Network.
  7. Finish adding the gateway, and click “Done”.
  8. On the interface of the intelligent gateway, click”add sub device”.
  9. On the interface, make the motor match the network. (short press the PROG 5 times constantly at the speed of once every second and hold it for 3 seconds at the 5th press),then the motor jogs, entering networking matching mode, and the green light flashes. click the “LED already blink”.

  11. The motor matches the network successfully. The green light stops flashing and starts a long flash for 2s, the motor jogs, you finish adding a device, click “Done”.
  12. On the interface, you can open the device that you need to control.
  13. On the interface of the controlling device, click”More”.
  14. On the interface of setting, for further operations.

Trouble Shooting
