• Do not use when sleeping.
• Do not use in bedding or near heaters. Low-temperature burns are burns that cause erythema, blisters, or other symptoms after prolonged exposure to a heating element with a temperature higher than body temperature.
• Please note that low-temperature burns may occur without noticeable symptoms.
• If it feels hot, stop using it immediately. Also, avoid using the product in situations where it must be replaced immediately.

• Be sure to turn off the power if not using the product. If this product makes unusual noises, generates unusual heat, smells unusual odors, or contains foreign matter, remove the battery and stop using it.
• Never attempt to disassemble or modify the product. Doing so may cause fire, electric shock, or injury.
• Do not use this product by children alone or within the reach of young children.
• Do not soak the battery or battery mating parts of the product in water or get them wet. Also, do not touch the battery and battery mating parts with wet hands. Doing so may cause overheating, ignition, fire, or electric shock.
• Do not use, leave, or store the product in a place where it will be exposed to high temperatures. Do not throw the product into a fire. Do not use or store the product in a humid place such as a bathroom.
• Do not drop the product, place heavy objects on it, or apply impact to it. Doing so may cause electric shock, malfunction, or physical injury.
• When charging the battery, do not plug or unplug the power cable with wet hands.Doing so may cause fire, electric shock, or a malfunction.
• Do not use the cable or power bank if it is abnormally hot.
• Do not use a battery that has been dropped or damaged or whose usage time has become extremely short.

• When charging the battery, please use CIO wall charger. Avoid using the product on leather or heat-sensitive materials that may come in contact with it, as they may damage or shrink the garment.
• Do not use the product for any purpose other than its intended use.
• Do not use this product near flammable oils, chemicals, or combustible materials.
• Do not place hard or sharp objects on or under this product. Please pay special attention when this product is used by children, the elderly, people who are fatigued or taking medicines that induce drowsiness (sleeping pills, cold medicines, etc.). Exposure to the same place for a long period of time, even at low temperatures, may cause low-temperature burns or dehydration.
• Do not stick pins, wires, other metal objects, or foreign objects into the product as this may cause the heater section to malfunction, fire, or electric shock.
• When disposing of the main unit, please follow the ordinances and classifications of each municipality.
• Do not apply excessive pressure or overweight to the heater section as this may cause malfunction or fire.
• If there is any possibility of malfunction or abnormality in this product, please stop using it and contact customer support.
• Be sure to unplug the cable from the power supply when not in use for a long period.
• Do not use this product for pets as it may cause product damage, malfunction or accidents.
• When storing, make sure that the sheet portion has cooled before storing.

How to Use

1. Set the target temperature by pressing the button on the side of the battery.(Color change: blue → green → red → off, indicating low, medium and high temperature accordingly).
2. Moisten the moisturizing sheet with water, squeeze it out gently and place it on the inside of the eye mask where it touches the eyes.
3. Place the eye mask on your face and adjust the rubber band to fit your nose.
4. Close your eyes and relax for approximately 10-20 minutes.(Time is a general guideline; adjust time according to your own comfort and time constraints).

How to Install the Battery

1. Align the direction of the terminals on the battery side and the mounting area side.
2. When the terminals are placed close to each other, they will be attached with a magnet
   If the battery seems to be installed out of alignment move the battery sideways to fit it tightly.

How to Use the Moisturizing Sheet

1. Prepare a moisturizing sheet.
2. Wet the moisture-retaining sheet under a tap, etc., and squeeze it lightly.
3. Place the sheet between the heater and the cover on the side that touches your eyes.

*If you feel the size is too small, please use the size adjustment band.

1. Take out the extension band.
2. Attach it to the hook and loop fastener on one side.
3. Attach it to the hook and loop fastener on the opposite side.

After Use

1. “Remove the hook and loop fastener and remove the eye mask.
2. Remove the battery from the main unit and charge it using the USB-C cable.

Maintenance

1. Mask cover: Separate from the heater body and wash by hand.
2. Heater body: Wipe with a dry cloth.
3. Moisturizing sheet: Wash by hand and dry after use.

Warranty

Thank you for purchasing CIO product. If the product has any defects such as initial malfunction, please contact us before reviewing.
We will replace it as an initial malfuntion product.
In case of malfunction occurred within the warranty period or correct use, we will also replace it.

Invoice/warranty or dealer’a receipt will become warranty so please keep it. The product will be guaranteed for replacement with it.

Please note that the warranty cannot be provided in the following cases.

1. Accident due to careless handling while using it. (e.g. dropping, submerging and so on.)
2. Failure due to any internal modification by the user.
3. Failure due to fire or water damage.
