How to Use

How to Charge the Device

• Use the USB-C cable to connect the product to the device for charging. If charging does not start automatically, press the button on the side of the product.
• When charging to the device starts, the digital remaining charge will show in %.
• In order to use fast charging (Power Delivery), a device that supports fast charging and a charging cable that supports fast charging are required.

How to check the remaining battery

• Press the button on the side of the product when nothing is connected to the product, and the remaining battery level (0-100%) will be indicated on the display.
• Alternatively, the remaining battery level (0-100% will be displayed when the product is connected to a charging device.

Multiple Devices Simultaneous Charging

• USB-C1, C2, and USB Type-A ports are used to connect and charge the product and devices. Up to three devices can be charged simultaneously. If charging does not start automatically, press the button on the side of the product.
• The product may become hot when charging multiple devices at the same time, but the temperature will return to normal as the product and devices get to full charge.

How to Recharge the Device

• Connect the USB-C1 or C2 port of the product to a USB charger using a USB-C cable to start charging the powerbank.
• The fast charge indicator is on the side of the USB port of the product. The lightning bolt symbol will light up during the fast charge.
• A USB charger that supports 67W output is required to charge up to 67W. A CIO USB charger is recommended.
• Simultaneous recharge via multiple ports is not supported.

How to Charge by Using Pass-Through

• By connecting the charger and charging cable to either
• USB-C1 or C2, and connecting the device to the USB-C or USB-A port to which the cable is not connected, the product will start charging the device and recharging the product.
• Devices are charged first.
• When using a charger and a cable that supports fast charging, fast pass-through charging is available.
• The product may become hot when charging multiple devices at the same time, but the temperature will return to normal as the product and devices get to full charge.
• Please be aware that during pass-through charging, connecting low-current devices such as the Apple Watch to the USB-A port will not enable charging.

Nova Intelligence (Automatic Power Allocation)

• When charging two USB-C devices simultaneously, the power is automatically distributed to the optimal power within a maximum total of 65W based on the device voltage, such as 45W+20W / 30W+30W / 20W+20W, depending on the device combination.
• The Nova Intelligence function is only compatible with USB-C ports.
• Manual power allocation is not available.
• Maximum power output may not be achieved depending on device compatibility.
• The voltage and power requirements for PD charging to a PC are different for each manufacturer, so please contact the PC manufacturer for details.
• If the PC charging is unstable when using multiple ports at the same time, please charge the device using a single port.

Warranty

• In case of a malfunction occurring within the warranty period or correct use, we will also replace it.
