INSTALLATION
TAKE OUT THE ORIGINAL BICYCLE FRONT WHEEL
Quick release axle front wheel unscrew and take off the front
wheel
DISMANTLE THE ORIGINAL DISC
Diagram of unscrewing the six screws fixing discs and removing the discs
using No.4 Allen wrench or other tools
TAKE OUT ORIGINAL BICYCLE INNER AND OUTER TIRES
- Diagram of removing the valve cap and then deflating the inner tire
- Diagram of prying the outer tire out of the rim using a pry bar or existing flat tools similar to the pry bar and removing the inner and outer tires
ORIGINAL DISC INSTALL IT ON THE MOTOR WHEEL
Diagram of placing the disc on the disc brake seat of the front hub motor
with the side with words facing out, aligning the six screw holes on the disc
with the six threaded holes on the disc brake seat of the front hub motor, and
then locking the screws tightly
INSTALL THE INNER AND OUTER TIRES TO THE MOTOR WHEEL

- Diagram of installing the assembled inner and outer tires on the rim (during assembling, attention shall be paid to first passing the air nozzle on the inner tire through the air nozzle hole on the rim, and then taking the air nozzle as the center, slowly snapping the edge of the tire into the rim)
FIT THE ANTI-SLIP GASKET CLOSE TO MOTOR
Installing the anti-slip pad (the anti-slip pad should be installed on the
inside of the fork)
INSTALL THE MOTOR WHEEL TO THE FRONT FORK
Diagram of placing the front wheel with disc, inner and outer tires in
place into the slot of the fork, anti-slip pad (the anti-slip pad should be
installed on the inside of the fork), pad, and nut, locking them with a No. 18
open end wrench, and then installing the rubber cover
TAKE OUT THE ORIGINAL BICYCLE REAR WHEEL

DISMANTLE THE FLYWHEEL

ORIGINAL DISC INSTALL IT ON THE MOTOR WHEEL

with the six threaded holes on the disc brake seat of the rear hub motor, and
then locking the screws tightly
TAKE OUT ORIGINAL BICYCLE INNER AND OUTER TIRES
Placing the freewheel removed from the original bicycle on the cassette
body composed of the rear hub motor in turn (please note that there is a slot
on the freewheel that is larger than other slots, which corresponds to the
large slot on the cassette body of the rear hub motor assembly), and then
locking the freewheel with a special tool for disassembling
freewheels.
FIT THE ANTI-SLIP GASKET CLOSE TO MOTOR
Installing the anti-slip pad (the anti-slip pad should be installed on the
inside of the fork)
INSTALL THE MOTOR WHEEL TO THE REAR FORK

slip pad should be installed on the inside of stay), pad, and nut, locking
them with a No. 18 open end wrench, and then installing the rubber
cover
TAKEOUT ORIGINAL BICYCLE CRANK
- Unscrewing the screws that lock the crankset and the crank using No. 8 Allen wrench or other tools.
- Removing the crankset and the crank using a special tool for disassembling cranks
INSTALL LEFT PAS
Fix the left PAS on the left side of the bottom bracket and then using the
No. 8 Allen wrench to lock the right crankset and left crank
TAKEOUT ORIGINAL BICYCLE CRANK
- Unscrewing the screws that lock the crankset and the crank using No. 8 Allen wrench or other tools.
- Removing the crankset and the crank using a special tool for disassembling cranks
- Diagram of disassembling the central shaft using a special tool for installing and disassembling central shafts
INSTALL RIGHT PAS
Diagram of fixing the right PSA sensor on the right side of the bottom
bracket, then inserting the central shaft into the inner hole of the bottom
bracket from the right side of the bottom bracket, and clamping the right PSA
sensor between the bottom bracket and the central shaft (Note that the side of
the PSA sensor with the light is facing inward) and then using the special
tool for installing and disassembling the central shaft to lock the left and
right sides of the central shaft
TAKE OUT THE ORIGINAL BRAKE LEVERS AND HANDLE BARS

INSTALL THE BRAKE CABLE
Use a No. 5 Allen key or other corresponding tools to lock the brake wire
core
INSTALL THE BRAKE LEVERS 6 THROTTLE li HANDLE BARS
- Diagram of placing the electric brake lever (replacing the original brake lever), and handle sleeve on the left side of the handlebar in turn, and then locking them with corresponding tools
- Diagram of fixing the meter on the stem, then locking it with corresponding tools
ASSEMBLE THE CONTROLLER BOX AND CONTROLLER ON THE CAR
- Diagram of fixing the lower cover of the controller box on the upper tube of the frame or on a suitable position such as the middle tube
- Diagram of putting the controller with all the outgoing cables connected into the controller box, so that the exposed cables can be placed in the controller box as much as possible, and then locking the upper cover of the controller box
WIRING DIAGRAM
Diagram of docking all the outgoing cables on the controller with the corresponding parts (battery, 1 T 4 cable, PSA, dual-drive conversion button, front hub motor, rear hub motor, front and tail lights)
