Bottom Bracket Measurement Guide

G80 36V 25Ah Mid Drive Motor Electric Bike Conversion Kit

Step 1 Bottom Bracket Diameter
Cut along the red dotted lines & hold up the cutout against your bike’s bottom bracket to see if your bike has a standard  35MM diameter bottom bracket.

Step 2 Bottom Bracket Shell Thickness
Using the same cutout from Step 1, use the green and yellow gauge to confirm that your bike’s frame has bottom bracket that is 12M or less in thickness. When you hold up the circle in line with the diameter of your bike’s bottom bracket, confirm that the thickness of your bottom bracket falls within the green area of the gauge. Step 3 Bottom Bracket Size/Width
Cut along the red dotted lines to cut out the bottom braket measuring tool. Flip your bike over for easy access to measure the width of your bike’s bottom bracket. Line up the blue line with the edge of your bike’s bottom braket (do not measure any parts of the bottom bracket asseably).
Only measure the width of your bike’s actual frame at the bottom. Use the measuring tool to determine the width of your bike’ s bottom bracket,
